We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaRooms are untidy, unclean and the hotel staffs are unprofessional. I had luggages with me drove directly from the Airport to this hotel. They don't even change the bedsheets and pillow covers for the fresh check in customers, after the Prior guest checks out. The stinky pillow cover, uncleaned washrooms. It's a major mark down for Booking.com to list this Hotel. Amenities are non functioning(not important though). Anybody who is looking for a room, I would suggest you to stay away from this hotel, there are many options at the same price level. Kindly take this into notice at the earliest and please don't let your loyal customers suffer. I personally had a worse experience. Thanks!
