IndiaI think basic toiletries should be provided alongside towels and napkins. Unfortunately I didn't pack my towel thinking it would be provided by staff but it wasn't. It's not a problem for me per se but it's the only thing I can think of.
Staff was helpful. suggested few places nearby for breakfast. promised to keep a watch on my luggage until taxi arrived.

IndiaThe room was too small, seemed bigger in photos, the bathroom stinked and had a very different smell and the sheets on the bed were stained which spoiled the mood and one of the major turn off was the TV was not in a good condition, it had no signal and then even after changing the set up box, it still faced the same issues and lastly the TV did'nt even have youtube to watch(let aside ott platforms). Overall if i am paying almost 2.5K for a room, i expect it to be way better than this.
The location was good as it was in baner and the conectivity to close by places for meals were really good
