Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThey asking extra payment while checking out the room.. Actually in booking.com app showing 5.30PM to 5.00 PM checkin and checkout. But they ask to checkout 11am.. so I really struggle They asking to pay extra amount rs 500 for 2hrs.

New ZealandThis was the worst check-in I have had in India. I arrived in India and had my first night in this hotel. I checked in at lunch time and then jetlag hit me so I wanted to take a rest. But I could not. The hotel staff knocked on my door every 20 minutes asking me for more and more details like phone number and something with the passport. They had photocopied my passport initially, so none of this made sense. After 2 hours of this nonsense I got really angry and told them that they have to stop coming to my room and that I need to sleep and that they already have all the info. Please improve your check-in procedure for international guests. You photocopy the passport, what else do you need??? Ask for everything that is required at check-in, not a million times afterwards, it is really annoying!

We had booked around 6 Rooms and in midnight when we reached the property they were so careless saying the room has been cancelled and the reception person was so arrogant and says it's not my mistake you look out for some property I don't care. It's not our mistake. we family were carrying 5 Kids too. The reception person was so so worst and careless. Never recommend for family or any body. From your end you have canceled your booking and putting on customer head that we had canceled.. If we hv canceled from our end then why we are going to walk in to your property. are we guests are fools.Don't be dumb and make customers fools.. I am going to put in all the social media platforms. I am not threatening you no other family should face this issue and they should be cautious with your property and beware of our comments.

IndiaThere were small cockroaches in the washroom and because the bathroom door can’t be closed, one or two of them would come in to your room. Most of the rooms smell of smoke. I had to choose something that was bearable. I couldn’t choose a non-smoking room.
It served my purpose because I was visiting someone 500meters away from the hotel
