We were to check in around 3 AM, and the host was in constant touch to ensure we had a hassle-free checkin which we did. The host was kind enough to extend our checkout time to 12 instead of 10 AM since we had reached late and were tired... The rooms were clean and well maintained... easy to locate and close to Panjim and other places...

Very good location, close to the airport and to Panaji, walking distance to Mall of goa, a big supermarket a lot of Restaurants near by, clean, quiete and a very nice and helpful owner! I will defenitly come back

The room was very clean and well equipped. Check-in was also very smooth. The bathroom is also separated into wet and dry areas. The supermarket is also very close. The only problem is that the AC is attached to the window, so it is noisy. Also, there is a lot of traffic in the area, so it is dangerous to cross the street to go to the nearby supermarket. In addition, the area is very dusty due to construction work, so I don't feel like going out. However, the accommodation was very comfortable and I would recommend it. Thank you, Bruce!

Bit of an ant problem if you get sweets in the room (which id say is 99% gonna happens in any room you choose to stay in goa) but if you mention it to mr uday he will take care of it promptly. Housekeeping seemed lacking

The main thing i look for when booking any of my stays is that the washroom is extremely clean with no signs of infestation. Being a newly opened stay, Casa Coutinho thoroughly ticked that box. The location is also extremely convenient with having the Mall just a few minutes walk away, same with the supermarket and small line of restaurants. The rooms are quite spacious which includes a fridge, kitchen sink and a tv with netflix youtube etc ready to use. Finally, big thanks to Mr Uday for taking such lovely care of us😊

Weather.was very hot

We don't get break fast in room.we have to either order or to go out for breakfast . But we liked one person named Mr..Uday ,oh no words enough to express about him.who manages so well .we don't feel that we are far away from our home town.His presence brings homely vibration.Because of his presence we continued our stay over there.His care, affection,kindness, simplicity,humble nature, melts our hearts In Goa we have found gem of a person.so it's absolutely a big credit to 'Casa Coutinho' .we have reached back.but still we remember him .we miss him.we miss his approach,his kind words,his hard work is appreciated 👍🏻 that too in hot sun.He is a role model to our present generation. God bless him and his family.
