Too much Mosquitoes, owner of the property is quite rude, she don’t know how to talk, she lacks the sense of communicating and making good relationships with her guests, too much practical and doing core business. She doesn’t care if guests visits her property or not, she doesn’t have empathy towards her guests. Property doesn’t have any shops near by, no restaurants nothing, no public transport to travel by, in case of emergencies it will be quite challenging.

Property was at very good location, near to the Kihim beach, it was clean and kept in good condition, staff was helpful.

Not maintained well, water collecting at places, too many mosquitoes, lizards and insects. Recreational area was very rundown. Property overall not maintained well.

The breakfast was good. Good taste. Location too was ok, Probably a bigger sized kettle for tea would have helped as it did run out often and had to be prepared a few times, while the guest waited.

Gets pitch black after a while, the resort is at quite deep end making it a bit uncomfortable to travel, as it looks a bit unsafe. Food here, needs to be ordered 3 hours prior which was a bummer. They team is also not very helpful.

The cottages are spacious, and also one can enjoy the greenery of the resort.

Although the property has good aesthetics, and a natural look, the management can be better with focus on beautifying the place further. Pool side can be taken care off a little better.

The location is superb with a nice beach just infront. There's a pool and the cottages are magnificent. The place is good for a long retreat for rejuvenation, especially for people seeking solace.

Resort should be renovated like roads between the cottage and pool area,if some sort work done on renovation it is the best stay.

Dinner was not so great, the chicken preparations could have been better.
