The swimming pool hours weren’t quite friendly for us I also noticed some cockroach’s in kitchen that too flying one The flush pressure in 2 washrooms weren’t enough to dispose of the pressure Out of no where The terrace bulb cover fall down all of sudden luckily no one got harmed but it’s quite risky management should look after all these things

We had booked for 2 nights. We asked the caretaker to clean the pool or at least change the water it wasn't done for 2 days so we didn't use it because it was dirty. Both the bedrooms have beds which are so stiff it's impossible to sleep. We had to sleep on the floor using the mattress. The bed is broken which makes its more different to even sleep without making the creaking sound. There are CCTVs everywhere which is so creepy. CCTV in the Pool CCTV in the Terrace outside the bedrooms. It's not at all a family centric or couple friendly place. The caretaker is arrogant even after giving him a good tip he wasn't at all helpful..no one came to clean the place for 2 days with the dustbin stinking and making it unbearable to sit in the living room. Overall a horrid experience, never will suggest this place to anyone else either.

Only the Location was Good, rest everything was as worse it can get. Paid and fake reviews to fool the guests.

The building is old. Also what i dislike most is the room had a bad smell as if it is closed from long time. Also the sofa cover, bed sheet, pillow cover, the blanket are quite old and has a bad smell. My sugesstion is to change those covers on urgent basis. Also i could see a CCTV installed in swimming pool, which kept me thinking why they have installed it cause the families might use the pool ...

Aaaaaaa... Nothing coming in my mind... Every thing was awesome..

The pool, view, jhula on the balcony, location, privacy, every thing was amazing...Care taker Maula was an amazing person.. just a call away... What ever i want he bought for me and did not charge even a single rupee extra. Must vist... A perfect villa for this price.

I didn't like the bedrooms 🛏️ bed mattress..it's very hard.. we all are found very uncomfortable to sleep 🥱.. body is stiff due to hardness of mattress..

I like the location and privacy with a private swimming pool as there is no disturbance from anyone.. secondly, Villa is very good with bedroom and three bathroom and kitchen arrangement etc...

Everything was perfect.

The entire villa was amazing. We had a really good quality family time. The best part is the pool with privacy and with a shade. The caretaker and the owner were very supportive. Each and every facility was provided in the house. Very supportive owner. We had an amazing time. Clean pool, Clean rooms and bed sheets. We were sceptical because of the other reviews but it was perfect. Amazing time spent in the evening with family on the balcony with a beautiful view.

There was no board with the name and number of the villa which led to delays in reaching it. The microwave oven was not functional. The flow of water in the toilets and shower was slow.

The view from the villa was very good. Also, the swimming pool was well maintained.

First the owner called me and asked for the advance 3500. Or else he said he will cancel the booking. Second thing the place is seriously remote. Third I had to pay the remaining amount on arrival and after that... The caretaker refuses for everything.... They didn't provide towels. No soap. No hand wash.... Not worth for 7.5k All the hotels near the villa don't deliver the food if the order is above 1k... Almost all the bathrooms and toilets are non-functional...

Over all stay was good...but this property is far away from city, for lunch, dinner or any thing you want its not easy to get I suggest who is going with own car this property is best as there is no transport facility.....

Its a very old property and very very cozy.. u won't feel like u r in a villa. It was row house and not a proper villa. no proper sealing height. Was promised barbeque but the caretaker denied after reaching there. Major renovation is required... Swimming pool water was not changed, even after telling. No AC in living room. Bathroom water pressure was very low.

Location was good nearby to lonavala city. Smart TV with netflix subscription.
