The food..!! No taste. Better hire a professional chefs in the hotel to keep your business good. Those chefs don't know how to cook. Maximum items from the menus are not available. We stayed for 4 Nights there whenever we call them for the food they say this items are not available. Even a momos we didn't get from this hotel. They are serving fried chicken in all the dishes. Even in the thukpa. Such an horrible food in the Central Heritage. One more thing I order chicken briyani in the first day it's was good enough but the was raw from the inside.

The Stay was Nice, we didn't know there will be a different building for us. The room was clean and with view but since it was very misty we couldn't see anything outside it. But the property was just 5 min walk to mall road. We did both dinner and breakfast (complimentary) and both were good

Hot water provision was for very limited time. It should be for full day. Liquid soap dispenser provision should be kept instead of small soap. I think room heater provision is required during very cold season.

Two chairs should be provided in double bed room. Without telling them , they should provide soap, lotion,toothpaste, tea/ coffee pouch and change the bedsheets, towels on daily basis.

I was there during April end. Temperature was not very low. Around 10-15 degrees. But room had no heater. Also dining area is cold. No heater there too. One day before check in I was trying to get in touch with the staff via the phone numbers that was given. But they never pick calls. Nor do they call back. Even on the day of check in they never pick calls. It’s quite bad the service in those terms.

Breakfast quality needs improvement. The rooms have wooden flooring ( cool) but this also means that you can hear the noises and foot steps of guests staying in the upper floor. :(

The sheets are age old with bobbling and spots and so are the mattresses. The room are not sound proof at all which which you will constantly be hearing cars honking even at midnight, simply put not peaceful at all.

Nothing much to mention. Faced some problems with hot water after check in but was resolved sooner than expected. More points for that.

Faster process, well behaved staffs, mannered reception, good ambience, lovely breakfast and clean property. The best part is I got a room with clear mountain view. Everything was perfect in the room I stayed as per my expectation. Room service and cleanliness was awesome. Loved my stay in Central Heritage, hope to visit the property again.

The location and the room allotted. It was right on the Traffic Road with full of noise, honking, gutter smelled in the bathrooms, smoke of cigarettes entered the room through bathrooms Breakfast- Very poor quality of breakfast, c b standards and service.

The pictures are not the same as it was shown in Booking.com, even though the price is not worth it. The deluxe rooms are just not acceptable. The room windows are just beside the road, you can't open it when you are staying with family. The rooms were suffocating.

Breakfast menu was not up to the mark, final bill payment took a long time to settle, lunch order for elderly person did not come in on time despite of confirming in the morning.

The good thing about the hotel is it's location. The amount of money I have paid for 3 nights/2 rooms was not worth it.
