the breakfast served in restaurant was excellent and so was all other food there is buffet with indian breakfast and you can also get delicious freshly made food the staff was nice and friendly the room was big and clean and ao was the bathroom

I recently stayed at Qotel Hotel centrum and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kailash at the front desk/reception. He was very attentive and assisted me with all my queries. Overall, I would highly recommend centrum Hotel for its comfortable stay and excellent hospitality.

There was no refrigerator in the room which is a basic need, especially, in the summer. Bed & linen were dirty and unhygienic. It was not cleaned properly as hairs were present in the pillow and the bedsheet. For the stay of 2 people, at least 2 towels should be provided but there was only 1 towel which was not replaced either. The TV in the room was not working. The cupboard had no doors and there were no toiletries given. Also, for the amount they are charging, they should at least provide 2 water bottles in a room but only one was given, that too, when I asked for it. There is no daily cleaning, unless you ask for it. If you won't, they won't clean your room for the entire stay. The worst part is the forced choice to order food from their hotel and the prohibition of ordering food from outside.

New facility, very centrally located. Staff were very accommodating and took feedback positively. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast at this place. Kids stay was free and I really appreciate it. Would recommend it for both family and business stays. Special to kailash & Chandan

The location of the hotel is very easily accessible. The hotel is very neat and clean with ample parking facility. The staff is very courteous and cooperative. We reached there late at night and it was raining heavily. The cook went out of the way to give us free food and milk And when we asked for dinner, he woke up the staff to prepare a delicious meal

The hotel is located at a great location. So very convenient for travellers. Metro station is just 100 mtrs away. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The room theme is very attractive and lively. Although the rates are on the higher side; service and amenities are upto the mark.
