The only thing I would say is that it’s a bit far from the main attractions, so you have to rely on cabs.

I felt very comfortable! The bedroom was nice and had a beautiful balcony, and the host was very kind and helped me a lot. :)

Greenery with lot of plants, cleanliness, the host Bindhu is a very warm and welcoming host that makes you feel at home, the caretaker Penny also. The breakfast served was very good. The bathrooms were very clean.

Some ideas for improvement - I will communicate those directly with the hosts. I think there is nothing that I didn't like.

The hosts were proactive in communication, from the moment I booked this homestay. I stayed for two nights. The hosts arranged pickup and drop off for me - which is highly appreciated. The hosts also arranged half a day site seeing tour for me - though this wasn't their responsibility. Bindu and Lihin made sure that I was comfortable. It is very safe place for solo women travellers. Cleanliness and internet was excellent. Bindu even offered me her "mundu" for the visit to Padmanabh temple. That was very kind of her. I enjoyed traditional Kerala breakfast.

There's is nothing to hate Everyone here have busy schedule but still they make time for homely atmosphere. And resolve the problem quickly.

here homely atmosphere ,The property is surrounded by greenery 💚 it's awesome stay. linens were fresh and clean, and well maintained, they provide fresh homemade food, Small balcony but View from balcony were breathtaking. Bindu the property owner and her son is very understanding person. And safe place for traveler specially solo traveler. I booked for two days only but I am planning to extend here more. Thank you 🫶

Not the property's fault at all, but the location is a little far from shops and other areas. I was travelling here late at night by an auto rickshaw and the further you go, the lack of street lights make you feel like you're in an isolated area. Come daytime you will notice that this is because there are a bunch of gated communities around here, as well as single-family bungalows all around. You WILL need a vehicle (your own or an auto) to get to the main street.

The owner, Bindu is one of the most helpful person I've met. She had to leave at around 4am the day I was checking out, and she prepped and kept ready breakfast for me before! Since I was leaving at 5:45am to catch an early morning flight, this was very very helpful, since nothing would be open at that point. She also arranged for a glass of warm milk at night - and while this might not seem like a big deal, it shows that she is willing to help. I only stayed overnight for 10hrs before leaving so I didn't get to see and use a lot of the facilities, but from my interaction with Bindu, I can say that this place is very safe and I highly recommend it for a hassle-free stay in trivandrum. Finally, many thanks for arranging auto rides for me from the railway station and the airport. I didn't have to worry about travel logistics at all.

location seemed a bit hasslesome as i planned my day tours with a break to come back at homestay and rest. As it was a short stay it would have been much easier if the homestay were closer to the attractions and main market. this was my 1st experience of a homestay so can't complain but would have loved more options in breakfast. the 2 options that i had were dosa and puttu kadala curry both were affordable and yum.

the room is sufficient in size with well maintained bathroom and an AWESOME balcony with plants all over!! The owner Ms Bindu was easily available and helpful with my many requests. One friend of mine joined me a day later at the stay and checked in around 1:30 am , the auto pick up and drop off was arranged by Ms Bindu's son and he was also available and quick to help with the language barriers through phone and made the late night check in safe and easy. very grateful for that!

Short but great stay at this homestay. I was arriving late into Trivandrum and it was easy to arrange a late check in. Bindu is lovely and although I didn't meet her son, he was very helpful over whats app. I should have pre-ordered breakfast but they were able to request something last minute with their neighbour, and it was delicious. The room was exactly as pictured and described, and the entire house was homely and clean, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. I wish I had stayed longer and I'll return here if ever in the area!

I had such an amazing time at the Homestay even though it was only one night! Bindu welcomed me extremely nice and put a lot of effort to make my stay the best. She waited for me because I arrived very late and arranged an airport pick up which was extremely helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Can only recommend!!

Staying with Bindu has been such a gift. I loved so much the energy of her place and the way I have felt so welcomed in my first day in India. I felt super safe, she helped me arrange a taxi from the airport, and I have loved spending some time in her house, with the beautiful view I had from my balcony, the amazing food our neighbor prepared, and in a very cozy and welcoming home. I recommend it a lot! It is a very good place to stay especially if you're going to Sivananda Ashram, as it is on the way. It is a bit far from the city but worth it. Thank you so much Bindu, you're a wonderful woman!

I recently stayed at Chaithritha Homestay and had a wonderful experience. The room was neat, tidy, and exceptionally well-maintained. I felt completely satisfied with my stay. It’s a safe and serene place, perfect for women travelers. The host is a warm and kind-hearted woman who goes above and beyond to ensure guests’ comfort. I would highly recommend this homestay!

Location was a bit far for me. About 6-8 km away from the railway station. Otherwise, it was all good :)

Great place! Bindu runs this lovely homestay for ladies, which might have at least 700-900 plants all around. The place is fully furnished, equipped with everything you might possibly need. The balcony was cozy, the bed was comfortable. The local breakfast was delicious, very affordable and worthy! It was a short stay, but a pleasant one, thank you!

It was such a pleasure stay and lovely to get to know Bindu and her son.They were lovely and so helpful. Although I requested a few things they were always trying to help me. Bindu took us to a local river for a boat ride too. I'll definitely come back for a longer stay. Great to have optional meals which are cooked locally and so delicious! You get everything you need here. Convenient location to easily get to Trivandrum.

There is nothing I did not like but just to be aware that the place is a bit far from public transport.

The check in was very easy. We could get meals from the neighbour at the place, so very nice for breakfast and dinner. Bindu was very nice, welcoming and helpful.
