We went out of our way to accommodate your check-in at 2:30 in the morning, despite our homestay typically closing by 10 PM. To respect your late arrival request, we made special arrangements, including organizing an auto-rickshaw for you at a minimal price at midnight. This level of effort reflects our flexibility and commitment to ensuring a smooth experience for our guests. Regarding your check-out, our standard time is 10 AM, as we need to prepare for the next visitors. We even offer an option to extend the check-out time at a very low extra cost, which you chose not to avail. Despite this, you checked out at 10:30 AM, later than the policy allows, and we did not charge any additional fees. We strive to provide the best experience for all our visitors, but it is disheartening when expectations exceed what we can reasonably offer. While your rating of 6/10 is disappointing, it motivates us to continue improving and delivering excellent service, especially to our foreign guests.
