The reception area doesn’t have the usual hotel atmosphere. The small reception desk is located on the first floor, which also serves as the lobby. Since the hotel is on a main street, there can be some noise from passing traffic. I requested an iron and ironing board to press my clothes, but was told that the service wouldn't be available until 8:30 a.m. If you are a foreigner travelling please bring indian adapters so that you don't find it challenging inside the bedroom. The pictures displayed in this site shows that the rooms are huge but in real they are not as much.

The rooms are spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. Situated in Alipore, the hotel is slightly away from the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful. For those seeking a comfortable bed, a hot shower, and fresh towels, this hotel provides all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is stocked with soap and shampoo, and the room includes a cupboard, a mini fridge, and a nice dressing table. Breakfast offers a South Indian spread on the buffet, with an à la carte option available as well. Although the shaving kit wasn't initially provided, the staff promptly supplied one upon request.

Basic things like handtowel , min 5-6 hangars should be there alongwith slipers or disposable ones. Guard was indiffernt and did not open door to welcome. Tele directory hotel sshould be there. A very well made Hotel but class overall of staff needs massive improvement

From the day before my check-out, each staff of the hotel knew that I was checking out. They were literally following me and requesting me for the tip. This had become very awkward for me. The bathroom was too congested.

Food is not so good ..only breakfast is good ..and there is no smart led tv ..they have poor quality led tv in rooms ..which screen is badly effected ..this is the worst experience ..i suggest dont choose this hotel for stay ..

Stayed one day and the first day I mentioned that the second day I will not stay but I had to pay for 2 days which I did not like. I requested them to consider my case and to refund my money but they did not. They ask for payment at the time of check-in. After check in I requested to cancel my booking for the second day after many times bleeding they did not keep my request which is very bad. The lift is very small and very slow. Two times to take two lift to teach the room

This trip to Lynq Cico was pathetic compared to the last visit in 2019. In 2023 the room rent had gone up by 40% however the furniture quality had deteriorated, the room lacked fresh paint. The door mats were way old and weared out. The house keeping were not changing the bed linen, they only turned the sheet upside down, same with the towel
