IndiaThe shower alternated sometimes between hot and cold water and this needs to be rectified. Also the room AC did not cool adequetly especially as it was very hot in Leh.
Very good hotel within walking distance to restaurants and the main market. Tenzin (the General manager) gave us very good advice on altitude sickness as well as restaurants. The receptionist (Neelima) was also very helpful in arranging transportation etc. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

United KingdomRoom wasn’t cleaned daily as it would be in other hotels. But when we asked for fresh towels they were delivered straight away, so no doubt room would have been cleaned if we’d asked. However, it really didn’t bother us and could be argued this is a good thing as it saves energy!
Excellent friendly and helpful staff who helped us out with an itinerary, permits and give us advice for the high altitude as well as generally making our stay comfortable. Great location right next to the market. Hotel is very comfortable, matches the local architecture and very warm in winter!

Absolutely breathtaking experience from the moment we stepped into the Hotel . Nileema at the front desk and the Lady Manager ( I didn't ask her name ) went out of their way to ensure that the check-in processes were done at the earliest . Vinay in the dining area was cognizant of our meal requirements and went out of his way to ensure that early breakfast was provided for our early checkout for Nubra valley . Exceptionally clean rooms , with a good layout , very spacious and clean washrooms gave a warm cosy feeling the moment one stepped into the room . Excellent location with a whole host of restaurants and shops in close vicinity . Strongly recommend travellers to visit the Lamayuru Restaurant for Dinner and avoid the Tibetan Kitchen which is snooty and has a rude staff for handling customers .

IndiaWe had booked these rooms (4 of them) back in Feb'23. We were charged peak pricing. Post our stay we felt the prices were too much over the top. Like 2X of value & worth of property and rooms.
Amazing Property. Well appointed rooms. Super helpful staff. Food (alacart dinner and Breakfast buffet) was good. Staff even helped us decorate a room for 6th birthday of my nephew. The Location of the property is great with the Flea market (for souvenirs) within 50 metres. Leh Palace is also close by. Property has parking for guest cars. Given that we were a group with 4 rooms staff were kind enough to arrange a bonfire for us.

United Arab EmiratesBreakfast was disappointing. It seems that going for breakfast @ 08:00am was too early for the staff. For example had to ask three times for milk for my cereals (bit difficult to eat them dry).
After a 6-day motorbike tour through the Ladakhi countryside it was nice to be in a proper 5-star hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Showers with hot running water. Well situation and only a few minutes away from Leh's main market street.

IndiaNo AC in room! Sorely missed in the last week of June 2023! Also, shower stall leaks water into toilet area - that was a bit of a pain. Nothing else apart from this.
Excellent location- centre of the city, walking distance from market & every place. Neat and spartan rooms. Extremely sincere and cooperative staff. Special mentions for Chotte Lal ( hope I got his name right) and his team who cleaned rooms. Ms Tenzin Nyima and Ms Neelima were exceptional in helping with coordinating for pick up and drop of my nieces. These two ladies were just amazing. The hotel doesn’t have ACs and rooms don’t have a fridge. It was too warm for me but ok for others in our group. Ms Neelima had arranged for a fan that made it better for us.
