We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaFor those reading my review - Please De-link my experience of my stay in the hotel with this part. The number provided by hotel in the booking portal did not respond on time and there are opportune fraudsters trying to make use of this situation by impersonating as hotel staff. The numbers listed in their website were also not responding so i tried an alternate number listed in Google search linked to the hotel and upon calling that guy claimed to be receptionist conveyed saying the need for rooms are all time high he was saying that they got orders to cancel bookings done through Booking.com and other online portals, he also asked me to pay immediately using credit card. The fraudster had all details about the rooms. Lucky for me when i asked what details does he need for booking a room he said card number and CVV, and that's when I identified him as fraudster. This really was an unpleasant experience as this makes one question the authenticity of the online booking portals and Hotels. The hotel must have a proper phone line that will be answered anytime of the day. This is a big disappointment as when large hotel chains such as this are failing to answer its customers on time and not employing people to keep a check on impersonators undermining the trust of its customers.
The stay at Hotel was a comfortable one and good. The location is also prime with good connectivity. Overall has a Pleasant Stay.

IndiaA.C never worked. Repeatedly complained to the duty receptionist but invain. If you're looking for a good A.C room, then this is not the place. Attitude of the receptionist wasn't upto mark, during check in. During check out, we wanted to meet the manager on duty, but in the reception we were told that it was a Sunday and he is off duty

IndiaThe rooms were not clean and even the toiletries were not kept in the room. Housekeeping had to redo the entire room. We are pretty sure this is one of the hotels that keep separate low quality rooms for booking.com or other portal bookings. The wifi never worked and the while the front office have high speed internet coupons, the same did not work and inspite of informing, no one bothered to rectify the issue.
