We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe roads to hotel are horrible even though the hotel is close to Highway. Hot water is not available during early morning hours like 5am. After complaining, the next day it seems worked. Not able to open window curtains to see outside view and therefore no natural light into the hotel room which is not pleasant. It is nice to have restaurant on site but the prices are high.
Hotel is maintained clean.

Sri LankaCommon male toilet near room no 2 was untidy and smelly. No proper ventilation was provided. Cleanliness was unsatisfactory. Please rectify those issues immediately.
Breakfast was selective food of Indian type. I prefer non-oily Sri Lankan food like plain rice, sambal, and string hoppers. I suggest you provide the buffet food according to the guests in the hotel rooms at the movement.

IndiaEverything. Start from entering to hotel and till the last min to leave. No hospitality, no hygienic, never felt to get in to pool. No hot water to bath. Bath room were pathetic. Worst experience. We felt to leave the property as early as possible. Not at all enjoyed the stay. There is no Maintenon of anything.
There is nothing to like. Everything is unlike. The stay was spoiled.

IndiaThe staff. Incredibly incompetent and extremely rude. No sense of hospitality or extending help to the guests. Especially the front desk staff Ringu and the manager Ashwin. When asked for directions to the hotel, they gave us the wrong location and led us astray 24kms ahead of the actual location of the property. Post which they just kept hanging up the call and tried to blame us till they finally accepted their mistake.
The rooms were big enough for the 3 of us.
