Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff seem quite robotic. There seemed no proactive effort made by the staff to check on my stay and requirements. It felt quite robotic as they seemed to just be following a schedule that had been set out for them. Basic room requirements of hand towels & toilet rolls were missing. Even on Day 2 or Day 3, it never struck the housekeeping staff that these essential requirements were missing.

Front desk didn’t give us wifi password while checking in. This should be standard procedure for check in. We realized after reaching the room that wifi needed a password.
Breakfast was good. Rooms were comfortable.

No in room breakfast service in the morning and limited amenities on site. The gym was closed early in the morning and not many facilities available for families traveling with kids.
The rooms were nicely designed and pretty comfortable for our family of three. The location is very central and we were able to move around easily, visiting family and friends. The staff was polite, and we enjoyed the south Indian breakfast on the second day!

The walls are not sound proof and the noise from the hallways was extremely disturbing..new guests checking in late at night and the loud chatter was unpleasant. We had to get up early the next days but the loud chatter did not stop till 2am. Informing the reception of this did not help as nothing was done to advise the new guests to keep their voices down

My stay at CJ Pallazzio was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the housekeeping staff maintained everything perfectly during my visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Special thanks to the front desk team for their warm hospitality and quick check-in process. I’ll definitely choose CJ Pallazzio again for my next trip.

The staff at both the front office at the time of check in and check out could have been more courteous. I had to followup when for more than a day after my checkout for my payment receipt. Employees need to be more sensitive and responsive to their guest's needs and be prompt in their service. Disappointed with my stay

I had two concerns, 1) As soon as I have reached the hotel, I was asked for local address proof which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Fortunately we had our soft copies of my passport & PAN card. Usually as an NRI, I carry the passport but not PAN cards and I don't have ADHAR card either. As we travelled from USA and wasn't aware of this procedure. Suggest you to include them in the ticket confirmation on BOLD on the top of tickets, so, we know what to carry and doesn't stress ourselves after traveling for several hours from home. 2) They made me wait while checking out to check the room before they let me go. I never had this problem in other places. This was totally uncomfortable for me. I never had this in anywhere in USA or in other places in India. 3) My room 405 - as soon as when you enter the dressing room, the roof above was leaking which we found out in the morning the whole place was water clogged as there were no way out for the water. Fortunately my wife has spotted this and have escaped an accidental fall. 4) Parking was tough for large vehicles. We visited as a family so we had to take a large van and the van had to be parked outside on the road. I had to bring every luggage that I was planning on to leave in the Van due to safety reasons.
I liked the hotel and the location closer to many restaurants and my relatives place. Staff were very friendly and easily communicable. Room service was amazing.

Horrible experience. No sleep at all due to very noisy disturbances in 3 rd floor. When reported to Reception, they informed the noise is due to marriage party in 3 floor. No effect of my repeated complaints.Went to sleep only at 1 am , after 3 hours of disturbances.
