Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The front office man who is on night duty was very rude in behavior. He did not know how to behave with customers especially when the customer is with his family. Although my booking was confirmed with three adults and one child aged 17 years old through booking .com he forced us to book another room in the morning to accommodate the child. Later the lady came in the morning and resolved the issue.. Also please note during my entire stay there were a lot of issues like night time the water tank gets empty and you are left with no water. The power supply keeps going on and off the entire night. The main door locks are damaged and none of the keys are working.. The bathroom has a stinking smell all day long.
The lady at the front reception was exceptionally polite and very helpful and supportive.

Staff was playing games while asked to clean the room. No prompt response. The rooms were dirty, Tv ain't working as well. Beds were dirty and uncomfortable to sleep.

The only reason I'm giving it a 2 is because they let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. The property is old and beat up. The outside of the hotel looks passable but the room was horrendous. The bed linen seemed like either it was not changed since the last guest or the sheets were worn out completely as it had old lint on it! The bathroom I don't think has ever been cleaned! There was empty shampoo bottle left from previous guest, the commode had crusty dirt from before(I don't think I need to explain what the dirty crusty matter is that was stuck in the commode) It was disgusting. I did not care to bring it up to the staff as there were only a few helper boys in the evening and I was staying only for 1 night! Please please stay away!

Facilities are very poor, no tea no coffee sachets, soap and shampoos are worst quality. Compare to all room rates should between 1200-1400 only.

Rooms were kept really dirty especially the toilet seats! Please take action on this. The staff were very rude to me. I had paid extra for early check in and the room was super dirty when I complained about it to the staff they were impolite to me and gave me a spare room which was even worse. I had to wait for a cleaner boy to come clean the room. He cleaned the toilet and the floor using some local cleaner which made the whole room stink. I could not stay so I ask for a refund so that I can change my accommodation. The lady staff was very rude to me and made me wait for an hour. I couldn’t be more patient so I asked the staff for my refund immediately because I had a flight to board the same night. I didn’t receive full refund. I got half of my money only. I have raised a complaint too. Seriously action needs to be taken on the property management team.

Hygiene. Full of cockroaches but they didn’t share the room rent unfortunately.
Room and toilet were very dirty and full of cockroaches. That was disgusting and I had allergies on my body after that. Won’t recommend to anyone mostly people travel there from outside the country.

The bathroom was a bit smelly and not cleaned properly. Overall okay for a one night stay. The bed linen was slightly dirty.
Location was good. Parking was on the road but still got a decent spot. Restaurants were easily accessible.. Booked 1 double and 1 triple room. Triple room had one single and one double bed which was definitely a plus. It was comfortable.

Couple friendly hotel in Koramangala.really neat and clean good services provided by staffs.location is very convenient for all transportations and very joyful place for entertainments like pub, mall , parks. Really enjoyed it very well worth for money ❤️
