Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. Location is not so “near” Golden Temple, you need to take a taxi because it is about 2 km distance. There is no attraction at walking distance but the good news is that Ubber service works very well.

Overall there is nothing to dislike only if the staff could have a little more customer orientation. From the reception to the travel desk and the housekeeping everyone was only looking at the interest of the hotel. This is good for the short term but in the long term they will have to see the interest of the customer. They tried to give a room without windows by saying it is more quiet and peaceful when both rooms were equally peaceful.
The location of the property is good, close to Golden Temple yet not at a very congested place.

We had a few communication difficulties at breakfast. The area isn’t great and no restaurants nearby so the only option is to eat in. We had to request cleaning, no one had been in so toilet rolls and towels hadn’t been replaced
Clean room and comfortable room. Staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. The breakfast choice was variable, good on first day, less choice subsequently. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was good. Location not too far from Golden Temple, 5-10 mins in a tuk tuk, but not a great area for walking round

It was a night of hell, just as 4 memenber of my family fell in to a deep sleep after a long day of travel. just passed midnight the building work started, the hammer started banging at 12.45 am , and I had to call the reception, it did not stop!! My son wdnt dosn four times and I had to go down to the reception few time, still 2 hours later there was the sound, then drill noise started. It was hell night for us 4 in our 3 bedrooms. All we wanted was to sleep. If we wanted noise, we could have slept on the road 😤
We liked the location ,that is why we chose the place

I paid with a credit card and my card was charged twice (they were having issues with the machine, don't think it was intentional.) I noticed the double charge a few hours after checkin and went down to show them and there were no issued getting the second charge reversed. The showerhead was broken and most of the water came out of a hole on the side. I just had to tilt the showerhead sideways to make it work though it wasn't perfect.
I stayed here three nights and was very pleased overall. The property is newer and everything feels clean. The breakfast buffet was quite satisfying and it was nice to sit outside on their "SkyDeck" (which is actually on the 2nd floor, not on the rooftop as it sounds....you cannot go onto the roof). The A/C worked great, the bed was comfy and the room is nicely decorated, even has a fridge. The location is decent, it's a (very horn-ridden) 20-minute walk to the Golden Temple. It's easy to find a hotel closer to the Golden Temple though few if any will be as clean as this place.

the property is very fresh and was very well maintained. I shoved very early with my parents so they accommodated and gave us a temporary accommodation till our room was free. that was super sweet of them. they also upgraded my room to a room which could easily accommodate 3 of us. overall a very pleasant experience.

I had to ask for complimentary water every day. The restaurant would always call to inform us about breakfast. There were no written instructions for TV, WiFi and phone numbers to call for the front desk, other services. The last day the water pump was being fixed so there was a trickle of water to the shower again we were not informed about the situation. I feel the communication was poor.
