They don't have lift but Yash(receptionist) already told us in advance regarding the stairs we didn't had any issue with that.

Everything went well the staff at the property are very corporative and the food which they serve in the rooms are very delicious we tried paneer chilli and butter roti it was very nice although the foods is not inhouse they have a partnership with a cloud kitchen near by (the receptionist told us) but you can get all basic deverages and basic snacks items inhouse cooked also. Cleaness was good we didn't had any issue. Location and staff behaviour is best part about the property.

I think this property is not recommended for old age people because they don't have lift but they are very transparent and honest they told us in advance that's the property doesn't have a lift that's the good thing. It's not difficult to get to the room because the staff is very helpful with luggage stairs are not deep but for old age people I think its not recommended.

The receptionist was too welcoming and helping. The rooms were clean we had a nice experience they helped us with the luggage and transport to the airport. The location is the best part it's walkable from all major attractions.

The breakfast, which currently is hot drink + 4slices of bread with butter, could definitely be improved (some jam would already be good). While it is clear that they put all their energy in running that hotel in the best way, I must say that the cleanliness conditions of room and hotel in general should be improved.

Yash and the whole staff are very welcoming and supporting the guests in every request, in the best possible way. They really made our stay smooth and comfortable. The location is great, absolutely central and literally 2min. walking from Dashashwamedh Ghat. There are also a couple of nice international cafes in the area.

Brilliant staff keen to please. Varanasi is an incredible City, but also incredibly overwhelming. If it wasn't for Yash and his men it might have been too much to bare.

Everything was wonderful

The location is exceptional of course. But the service was way better.......its location is almost at the entrance to dashashwamedh ghat and is easily accessible to all the main places in kashi.The room was fairly clean.The staff was extremely friendly, professional and very responsive.All basic amenities were provided, the balcony has a street view and the breakfast was basic but good. Anything that we needed was taken care of with just a call. Ofcourse the stay was on the 3rd floor so be ready to walk and this is a standard with most places in varanasi, all and all a wonderful plc to stay.

Due to road maintenance the cab was not going up to the Classy5 Guest House.

Behaviour and cooperation I received from the Owner/Manager of the Classy5 Guest House was excellent and unforgettable.

The property doesn’t have a lift, so guests need to use the stairs — but the staff were very helpful in carrying luggage and assisting elderly guests, which made it manageable.

The guest house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with tasteful interiors that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby areas. I especially appreciated the peaceful environment and prompt room service.

What truly touched my heart, though, was the behavior of the owner—a young boy who was incredibly patient and kind. I witnessed an incident at the reception where another guest was unnecessarily rude and misbehaving with him. Despite this, he remained calm, respectful, and composed throughout. His politeness and maturity added immense value to the experience and left a lasting impression on me.

We initially struggled with the stairs—the room was on the third floor, and I was quite tired from traveling—the check-in process went smoothly. Once I settled in, everything about the stay felt comfortable. The rooms were clean, featured modern interiors, and all the promised facilities were available.

It will be great if they put a small fridge. Another thing is my friends complain about steps , there was no lift so, you have to go up a distance of 3 floors. So if you have a knee problem, think twice about it.

Location near main ghat and Kashi Vishwanath temple; Helpful staff who help with useful information; Nice varanda; I went with 2 friends( total 3), I booked a room with 2 double beds, and the space was comfortable, clean and everything was working well ( AC, Geiser, Wi-FI). The owner of the hotel can arrange a boat and taxi.

I'm really happy with staying in Classy5, because it is very near to Ghats just 1 minute by walking and the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and supported i forgot something in the room and they called me and came to the parking lot to give me 😊, i would recommend everyone to stay there and whenever I came back to Varanasi i would choose Classy5 again.

Little noise from outside streets. We think room is little overpriced. Breakfast can be improved — fruits, aloo paratha and omelette can be nice option.

New clean room. Comfortable bed. Hot water and clean tiles in bathroom, no smells. Clean towels and shower toiletries. We felt comfortable and safe. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. They provided all information for us and helped with early morning Tuk Tuk after check out. Location is very central, 2 min walks to main Arati ghat. But you can hear little noise and dogs at nights. The owner was very friendly and gave us very nice gift — small Kashi Vishwanath Temple.

Breakfast was good and the tea was awesome. Just the little thing was the bread and butter toast was the breakfast every morning which is kind of off for me. Otherwise it was an exceptional stay their.

The rooms were good. But the excellent part were the service and the owner of the property was himself very helpful and guided us in places where we faced problem. The best part were their behaviour.
