Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was nice and comfortable, and the whole place was super clean and well kept. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which made things super convenient. Big shoutout to Vishal from the staff, he was genuinely helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay in varkala! The room was clean,comfortable and perfectly located. What made the experience even better was the amazing help we received from Mr.Vishal who managing the room stay.He guided us to the best tourist spots and recommended some execellent restaurants and local eateries.His support truly made our trip smooth and memorable.Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting varkala!!!

Nothing major to dislike. The room size is decent and comfortable for two people, though a slightly bigger room would be even better. One small suggestion – having a TV in the room would be nice, especially for relaxing during rainy weather or at night when staying in.

Perfect location and homely vibes! Just a short walk from Varkala Cliff, Cliff Daires is the ideal stay for a peaceful getaway. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. It’s easily accessible from the railway station – either by auto (₹100) or bus. I also rented a new model scooter in great condition directly from the homestay for ₹600. Highly recommended for comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality!

Staying in Cliff Diaries has been a wonderful experience for us ❤️. Amalsha, the owner of Cliff Diaries and as well as the other staffs were Soo helpful with everything 🙏🏻. Every time we needed anything, such as scooter booking or Kayaking and everything, he readily help us with them giving us good references and sometimes discount also😆. The location of the villa is great, just 5-10 min walk from here to the Varkala main beach and the Night Market. No issues with electricity, Water or anything. Wifi was good but sometimes a bit slow maybe?

Most rooms have TV but just for display not working as there is no DTH box with it. When u provide it make it work or don’t provide TV in room.

The room was non-AC, and for the given price of 1400rs, there was no TV, which felt like a slight downside. Additionally, there was no stand to hang wet towels, and the towels provided were polyester based, making them less absorbent. I’d recommend bringing your own bath towel for better comfort.Also there was no chair in the bedroom. Considering that most people visiting the cliff spend their day outside and primarily use the room for sleeping at night, I feel the pricing could be more competitive, ideally around 1000rs. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay near Varkala Cliff Beach with a few areas for improvement.

We stayed here for one night and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is located conveniently, just about 1 km from Varkala Cliff Beach, making it an excellent choice for those exploring the area. The building is newly renovated and the room is spacious and tidy, perfect for two people, with a bathroom that was also clean and well-maintained.Basic amenities like water bottle, cupboard, wifi, water heater and bath towels are provided.The staff was very friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience.

Cliff Diaries Stay offers great value for its location and hospitality. The proximity to the cliff and the support from Hari bro made it a memorable experience. Would recommend it to travelers looking for a budget-friendly, peaceful stay in Varkala.
