the internet and electricity gets interrupted once or two per day, you have to call the staffs for them to be notified. But the staffs do react quickly, which is good to have. The TV needs to be checked and heater prior to occupancy.

It should be noted, that like many of the other Delhi airport hotels on Booking.com, this hotel is nowhere near the 'on-airport' location shown on the Booking.com map (some are even shown to be on what is the building site part of the aerocity development across the road from the metro station!) - I don't know whether this is the hotel's fault or Booking.com, but the latter should certainly be made responsible for showing the location accurately on their site, in my view anyway. The hotel is in Mahipalpur village, about 4km from the airport. That said, it's way cheaper than any of the hotels that are in the aerocity complex and you'd still need the metro or a cab to get to the terminals from those.

I try to rate hotels keeping in mind what they cost, and for a value for money hotel near the airport, it does the job very well, so much so that we booked to stay at the hotel again a few weeks later prior to another middle of the night flight. We got a cup of chai on arrival, and they arranged the middle of the night airport transfers - possibly slightly more expensive transfers than we might have been able to get than had we walked round the corner and tried to get a taxi ourselves, but it was very convenient for us and took away the uncertainty of getting there on time. It's not where it is shown on the Booking.com map (see below), but still only about 20 min/1.5km walk to the Aerocity complex area with the metro station and shops, food halls etc.

The staff was co-operative. You can order from the room. Price was inclusive of Breakfast which is Value for Deal and Close to Airport and off main road. Therefore, there is a peace.

There were no photos of damp inside room caused by leakage else I would not have booked this room. Smell of damp and leakage. Food quality was okay!

1.1AC WAS NOT WORKING IT IS CONTROLLED FROM OUT SIDE. THERE WAS NO SCOPE OF REDUCING THE TEMP. . IF YOU REDUCE THE TEMP. THEM AUTOMATICALLY IT WOULD SHIFT TO 28 NO COOLING. 2.SIMILARLY GYSER WAS CONTROLLED FROM OUTSIDE THE ROOM , ONLY ONCE YOU CAN GET WARM WATER. 3.TV WAS NOT WORKING . 4. I LEFT MY CHARGER IN THE HOTEL ROOM , THEN I CALLED HOTEL TO CHECK , THEY REPLIED THEY HAVE NOT FOUND ANY CHARGER THERE (IT MIGHT STOLEN BY THEIR STAFF)

Need to provide smoke free rooms for non smokers who comes along with family...as we have faced little bit uneasy with lot of smoking smell in all over the room.smoke ventilators to be provided for smokers in their rooms.
