They need to pay attention to small details like dead lights, cleanliness and aesthetic can be improved as well as the overall brightness in corridors (need more). Unfortunately some customers think they are home and alone.

An excellent 24 hour stay. Staff very polite and always with a smile and helpful - just for that a 10. Service excellent. If I ever visit Velankanni again, Clinton Park Inn remain my Number 1 choice.

Hotel Clinton Park has a good location. Were travelling with a family and elderly parent the room and clean but the bathroom was not up to expectation they were dirty and there were pain on the tap and in the bathroom the hotel staff for helpful but for the money and the amount that we feel I do not think this is value for money. I would recommend that the hotel needs to improve on their cleanliness especially for the amount at their charging.

The toilet was not very clean but adjustable. We had to make separate request to get toiletries, wifi credentials, iron box.

The location and the room was spacious and the bed was arranged well. The breakfast was good.

Driver charged 260 INR for 60 INR breakfast. The bathroom was a little outdated and dirty. Shower water made the floor slippery as it leaked out.

Great location. Probably one of the better hotels near the church. Security. Lift. Restaurant in building. Good AC and water pressure. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Mini fridge. Toilet paper provided on request. Nice staff.

The bathroom was small, not clean and it is an old style bathroom. Definitely not worth the high price being charged.

Breakfast was not great but it was just ok we felt it was better to come on room only basis we were only three adults but since two rooms they charged us for 4 adults the food is too pricey compared to the restaurant prices

Lift was not working and you had to use stairs or service lift behind the hotel .Staff who committed to doing something were not even apologetic after pointing their mistakes.Traveling around the world since last 50 years and never had this kind of horrible experience . The hotel is not worth Rs 2000 a night and to eat have to go to near by hotels .Booking .com shouldn’t recommend this hotels to higher level genius level customers

Staff needs to be trained to stay out of the room while delivering food to room for in dining. Several times without our permission they just forcefully enter the room to deliver food. There was an occasion while we were inside room one of the staff had opened the door with alternative key which wasn’t acceptable at all.

The whole establishment needs a over haul, form the ventilation in the lift, the room cleanliness, the taps coming off, the staff attentiion to detail, even teh quality of food everything was horrible, Breakfast wasnt organised at all, isnpite of a small crowd the waiters had to kep reminded to fill the empty dishes, the food was just awful and tasteless
