IndiaHotel staff mentioned I had mini bar consumption which was not true. They need to check internal operational teams for this in a better operational errors so it doesn't create weird moments for customers. This was off putting during the checkout. Also in room food here is overpriced but the food quality was great. I was dissapointed with my booking.com experience as they did not respond to my price match offer which was half rate on cleartrip, and despite communication their process was too slow to get a resolution. Which made the cost of the hotel on the higher end when the cleartrip price was the right price for the experience and value.
Its a new property so its clean and well kept. Rooms and bed were comfortable. Appreciated the upgrade. Staff was cordial and attentive.

United KingdomI didn't like that they took our belongings out of sight for security scanning, including my backpack with valuables. Bag X-ray checks are common in India, but in other hotels, they don't usually take handbags or scan them in a separate room. Also, on our last day, we asked for a large SUV taxi, but they sent a small cab instead and placed all our luggage on the roof of the car, which was not a pleasant experience. There is room for improvement in few details, that can make this hotel fully amazing.
The staff were very friendly. I must say that all of them consistently made a great effort to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were nice, felt new, and offered great views. Transport to the beaches was easy, and the food was also good. This is for sure the best hotel in the Palolem area.

United KingdomThis hotel is simply superb. The best hotel I have stayed at in India and I have travelled extensively around the country. The hotel alone is worthy of a 10 but the staff take it to another level. They seem to have struck the right balance between a friendly service and an efficient service. Nothing is too much trouble. There are several members of staff who I had contact with and I would love to mention them all but the list is too long. I will however mention Shefali in Guest relations. From before my stay, during my stay and afterwards, she was exceptional, in every way. The hotel should be proud to have her as an employee. I would stay here again without hesitation. Thankyou.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was perfect with beautiful Goan decor which was thoughtfully designed. The rooms were spotless and well maintained with comfortable beds and equipped with a good selection of amenities, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant was great with very attentive staff and gave very good service. I used the Spa and it was great.. I had a very relaxing massage. The hotel had convenient drop and pick-up service to three beaches. The service from the staff and the manager was nothing short of excellent. They made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Every request we made was handled promptly and with a smile, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for the entire team. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay so memorable. And a special thanks to Shefali, Guest Relation Associate and Abhirup, Front Office Manager for their exceptional service.

Firstly lets talk about the Staff, THE FRIENDLIEST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS IN INDIA, Everything about Cloud 9 made you feel special, the staff, the hotel, the views especially from 74NE their rooftop restaurant and bar, the location, the free shuttle bus to local beaches, I will mention it again the STAFF we absoulutley loved our stay here, a slice of luxury, with stylish decor and amazing facilities of course all brand new , the attention to detail, the pool area, coupled with the most amazing GOA Views, we cannot wait to visit again !! I have been to other Sarovar resorts. This is a newly built resort just beside the Palolem highway. Close to Palolem and Patnem beach. Very peaceful and nice location. The amenities, staff and service are so good. They have launched their roof top bar and restaurant this new year.
