It was one of the lovely retreats after a year, Vattakanal is an amazing place with beautiful misty weather and Amenities & Services at Cloud Walk is a top notch. From Customer Service to restaurant, we were taken care of very well and we enjoyed our stay with a private bon fire and a candle lit dinner, waiting to return soon.

Very much enjoyed Scenic views from the Balcony, truly a bliss. Property has Indoor games for Adults & kids for their entertainment. We enjoyed our stay over here, the staff was helpful and friendly for any matter contacted them for. Cleanliness is very good. Best resort for Couples & Family.

Everything was excellent. Nothing to disliking.

An excellent property in the lap of nature-kind of hidden gem. Staff & hospitality were outstanding. Eashwaran - F&B manager, Front Office Staff had taken excellent care of us. Food was just stupendous and delicious, special thanks to Chef Sharma Ji for preparing mouth watering & finger licking Tandoori Chicken. Never been so satisfied & happy with any properties that we have stayed so far in Kodai. Special thanks to Front office staffs for their courtesy & gesture. A perfect gateway from the Hussle & bustle of busy life . Thanks Cloud Walk Team.

After having travelled a lot the past few years, I have to say this: This has been the best stay ! Especially the staff! One of the most courteous, kind, obliging people work here and take care of you so well that you are spoilt ! The quality of stay, the resort, every minute detail is amazing and mesmerizing. This place can never disappoint anyone. So clean, so comfortable and beautiful ❤️,Counting days until we return back to Cloud Walk.

There wasnt anything to dislike when I think about it.

Undoubtedly Cloud Walk exceeded my expections, from Check-In to Marvellous views from the balcony, Inhouse fine dining, the taste was a home away from home with varied options from Pizza to Tandoor. The staff was very polite and always accomodative. Fully secured with CCTV and one of a kind in Vattakanal. Parking is super easy, We also enjoyed a Private Bon Fire, I would super recommend Cloud Walk and you will not regret.

Checkin was a bit over the top with every document photographed plus they insisted on taking photos of our faces. They have CCTV cameras all over the place. I assume this is for safety and security of guests and property. but it seemed a lot. Otherwise, it was fine.

The hotel has magnificent views of valleys and mountains. Watched spectacular sunrises from the bed! Food was excellent and they went out of their way to provide an early breakfast on the last morning before leaving. Lovely gardens with swings and fruit tress dripping with fruit. Short walk to a small village where you can eat roast chicken or veggie meals and drink local coffee while admiring the spectacular views. Friendly, helpful staff who make an effort. Car arranged by hotel for the long drive back to Cochin with an excellent, safe driver. Definitely recommend this.

Only small things. Neither of kettles worked. Could do with more towels.

The most amazing thing about this property is the view from the balcony of the hills and forest. Room exceptionally clean. Evening meal we had there was excellent. Good indian breakfast. Nice garden. Also, nice touch of leaving gift of chocolates and eucalyptus oil.

A supposedly 3 star hotel, in reality no more than 2 stars. The room is very basic. There was a leak in the bathroom. The complains are not against the stuff who tried to fix the leak and made efforts to please us, but against the owner who charges a price that is consistent with at least 4 star hotel in a much better location. He even asked for extra charge for heater in the room - unbelievable !!!
