We had an amazing stay at Cloudwalks Homestay during our Kodaikanal trip. The location itself feels magical! The breakfast spread was quite diverse and tasted very good. Dinner menu and cooking was adjusted to suit our taste and requirement. The staff were very courteous and helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

Our family trip to Kodaikanal was truly unforgettable, thanks to the amazing homestay we stayed in. The room had beautiful glass walls with a breathtaking view of the mountains and sunrise—it felt magical waking up to that each day. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We especially loved the delicious homemade food, which added a special touch to our stay. This is a family managed property. They are friendly & very welcoming. I like the staffs there, especially Chiku. He was very helpful. The kitchen is limited with staffs & be prepared to wait for your food. But the food is very good, worth the wait. They did not charge me for the food, my driver ate. The owners are very hospitable. If you are traveling with families, this is a good place to stay. One suggestion, they should get the facilities to accept credit cards payments.

The place was in a quiet hilltop with the lake view. Beautiful location away from the busy city. Complimentary breakfast was the best I've had in any place. Pizza is a must try. Food and ambience is top class.

The rooms are neat and clean, and the garden is like a botanical garden. The campfire facility is very interesting. The balcony overlooking the view is very nice. Complimentary breakfast is very nice. Best I've had in a long time. The staff are kind and helpful. They even have a japanese koi pond. Food is the highlight of this place. I had all my meals here and it was very nice. Overall, a very satisfying stay. Highly recommend

Though the rooms were comfortable it is better to call and check for the tariff of the rooms and book them.there are different rooms and cost varies. Would not recommend if you want to explore Kodai as it’s at a distance from main city and every time u need to go somewhere you need a cab service(which the owners help you get) but that would just add on to the cost if not travelling by your own vehicle.

Best part were the friendly owners and picturesque scenery.Would recommend if you want a time out from the busy cities and need some time to rejuvenate.oh! And the pizza made on the wooden oven and hot chocolate is a must try🙂

My bed was hard and my sink tap didn't work. Taxis take 30 minutes to reach the property.

The family - husband, wife, daughter and chatty 11 year old son - are lovely. There are lots of plants throughout the property. The restaurant is cosy; breakfast is tasty (and spicy) and the wood-fired oven makes good pizza. My queen room with a balcony was large.

Water for shower was very cold despite the geaser, maybe next time will ask for extra boiling water.

It was tranquil and serene at the property, very clean and very advanced tv with all channels available. My day tour was also very well organised. I felt very safe here.
