Our stay was very pleasant, the beaches were easily accessible from this place. The host was very helpful. It would be better if there was an additional sink to wash used plates and glasses.

The beds are pretty hard

The accommodation was really clean and spacious. It’s located in a nice area of varkala with some cute cafes nearby, but it’s still really quiet and relaxed there. The host is super friendly and helped us with everything we needed. Also there is a security guard at all times who will help you if you have any questions and security cameras as well. It’s also super close to the beach from where you can get down to the beach.

There was no sheet to cover the blanket, but I was given one within minutes of asking for it. So, all perfect in the end :)

The host was very nice and attentive, helped me with other things I needed that were not part of the booking such as a taxi to the airport. Compared to other places in Varkala, it was exceptionally quiet. The apartment was very clean and spacious, just a few minutes walk to Cafe Sarwaa and Trip is Life where I enjoyed good food and amazing views. There is also access to the beach through Cafe Sarwaa which was clean and without too many people and noise. I was just sad that I could not stay longer. I highly recommend this place!

Needs some wardrobes for storing clothes. The living room can be hot in the afternoon, would be more pleasant with another AC unit in there.

Peaceful spot on the beautiful south cliff. Conveniently located to a number of excellent cafes. Building is brand new, hallways and stairwells neat and clean. The room is huge. Nice living room. Comfy, but hard bed. Superb bathroom with contemporary fittings, a powerful shower with guaranteed hot water. Thankful for the communal fridge and washing machine. Owner is very friendly and always available on WhatsApp. Incredible value for money, will likely stay again.

This is a brand new service appartment with all the basic facilities also being pocket friendly. Flats are neat and clean. Locality is peaceful, Aaliyirakkam beach is at a walkable distance. The property owner Nabeel is very friendly and cooperative, who guided us to many of the best places in Varkala.

For basic amenities, enough shops are not present nearby. So please make sure you have everything you need.

The property is amazing. It was spacious, clean, and very near to the south cliff beach. Though it is a bit away from the north cliff where all the shops and cafes are present, this place is near to all the south cliff cafes and has such a great vibe around. The host also arranged a two-wheeler for us. There is an induction present as well where I could boil water for making tea. The balcony was so good. My husband and I were sitting there for hours in the night enjoying the cool breeze hitting us. Enough furniture is present and we had a very comfortable stay.

The room lights could be a little less bright (if I had to find something negative, it would just be this).

Everything was perfect. At this price, it's unbeatable in Varkala. The apartment was clean, had great facilities, and included a balcony. It is also very quiet. You get a full apartment, and there's even free water available. The building itself is new, as is everything inside. The host was very welcoming. It’s also just a 4-5 minute walk from the beach, close to the temple, and there are some really nice local restaurants and cafés nearby with great views of the ocean. Highly recommended!

There's a couch but other furniture is minimal, no kitchenette or dining table, instead there's some basic kitchenware on tables in the hallway if needed, but unless you planned to cook anything this isn't really an issue.

Down a quiet street, in the quieter South cliff side (most tourist shops/restaurants are in the North cliffs) right across from a hotel, you can either take stairs down the cliff to Elixir Beach or walk downhill about 10 mins to get to main Varkala Beach. Apartments are brand new with secured parking, great water pressure, and hot water.

The host was very helpful and friendly. The location is near a really good beach which is less crowded than Varkala beach. Varakala cliff is also at a fairly walkable distance. The amenities were good with a good hotel nearby.

The property is new and well managed by the caretaker and host. The host also helped in arranging the rented scooter.It is very close to the beach and the town too, so you can commute easily.

Restaurants are not near by except there are few cafes frequented by foreign tourists. Television set and hot water facility is not provided in single bedroom apartment.
