There seems to be a sanitation issue as sewage smells were ever present in the washroom.

Breakfast was good. We felt staff was sincere but insufficient.

The only thing I didn't liked about this resort is it's location, it's really far from all tourist attractions.

I really liked everything in this resort, the ambience is great, views, rooms, food is exceptionally good, if you're someone who need peace in your vacation, definitely try this resort out

Menu should give better description of what is offered. Very friendly and enthusiastic staff but need more training in their work. Beeches far away needing transport, maybe hotel should consider some in house transport for guests. Immediate area not conducive for dining. Hotel needs to consider better dining facilities to attract guests to stay at the hotel.

Value for money. Clean. Friendly. Comfortable bed and very peaceful. Food was good if limited breakfast choices and some dishes came out the same as others maybe difficulties in interpretation.

There was a couple of mix ups with drinks we ordered, and the breakfast selection could be better, the choices at the buffet were limited. It didn't feel like the staff were proactive in helping guests, but things did get done if you asked.

Good location (as long as you aren't walking). Modern cabins which had been well cleaned. Nice spacious and well designed resort

You need to call reception to turn on hot water. For 10 days cleaning was only 1 time. Staff may offer services more frequently.

first day b/f not at all good as there was hardly any thing very less spread, when i ask the guy about the stuff he was very clear and loud THIS MUCH ONLY.. no basic food for kids, Next day was little better but still no food for kids. over resort is good but food not up to the mark. no proper water supply in bath room and no hot water, no locker in room.

Last 2 days was having Hot water problem but they fixed it very quickly. More so as an apology they offered us Complimentary late check out.

Staff was very helpful. Food was exceptionally good even though they don't have full-fledged restaurant. They should start full fledged inhouse restaurant.

The manager on the property - Mr. Yogendra was very amicable and was able to provide good service. The initial room that we were allotted was smelling however he quickly changed the room. Also the food service was good. The swimming pool was clean and the lawn was well maintained. Would love to come here again with family or friends. The place is also closer to Mandrem beach which is one of the best beaches in North Goa - if you prefer to stay away from the crowd and enjoy a relaxing clean and pleasant beach experience.

The property is nice and is at a good location. The best part of our stay was the tasty food and amazing staff. The staff was really helpful and sweet. We had a very comfortable stay at Coco Teros. :)
