Not entertaining credit card. Road to beach at the backside is very poorly maintained. Need cleaning with some lights on the way

Stayed for 2 days.. didn't get any tea coffee sachets and water on second day. Also no one came to clean the room or provide spare towels on the second day. The cleanliness of swimming pool was bad, it didn't even have recirculation. Also cleanliness in the pathway from hotel to beach is pretty bad

Family room was quite big in size hence 4 people could manage easily

Resort and the way till the beach should be very clean

1)While booking I was offered to upgrade for a sea facing cottage and I upgraded, but there was none. 2) The approach road to the beach is very muddy. 3) The breakfast quality is very poor. Similar menus on consecutive days. No fruit juice was available.

the breakfast and meal did not have many options. get overcharged for facility what we have received. no complimentary breakfast, no welcome drink or tea.

Cocorico beach resort. Good resort, with direct access to Murud beach which is the plus point for resort. You will find most of the resort near by also have access to Murud beach. One the beautiful beach with lots of activities to do. No mobile network on the location. On beach site you may get access of Vodaphone and BSNL . resort will provide you free WI-FI but that is also not in good speed. Sometime inside the room, signals show poor connection. Sufficient Parking is available. Breakfast is ok but do not have many options, same is applicable for meal also (specially for Vegies). If you are traveling with family and small kids, resort other than swimming pool did not have many options for kids' activity.

I have been here with my family including kids, young n elderly persons. Coco Rico has beautiful blend of nature and modern amenities. The rooms are specious, neat n spot clean. Very well maintained resort. Food is super delicious n you get all varieties Indian, Chinese food. Me n my entire family enjoyed stay in Coco-Palms Inn. Thanks Coco-Rico team for this wonderful experience.

We visited resort with Family husband-wife and 1year n 5year kids. There nothing for kids not a single swing in premises for kids. There is not a single bench to spend time in night seating and talking. The property is under-construnstion where the construction material scattered around swimming pool. Shower location to swimming path is also not exists. So during visit from shower to pool our legs gets very dirty. Day 1 , We ordered pronfry for starter and kids they were half cooked We had returned same. Day 2, lunch same veg menu which we had earlier for dinner so we had ti go out n search outside for lunch. After return from our lunch we took rest n later we requested for egg fry, Bhurji or plain omlet for kids around 3.10pm they Said restaurant is closed. So our kids had wait but they were hungry so requested for hot milk and was lucky to get that and my kids at to eat chocos which we kept for emergency. In night we ordered fries for kids and Bhaji plate. Bhaji were burned beyond eat. I connected with hotel in charge, he replaced it. Light connection and points are at very low height my 1year kid was trying to reach them. Main course food thali is not tasty.

Location of beach from Resort. Rooms are specious. In charge person is calm and helpful. Chinese starter was good.

We had a very beautiful stay in dapoli, one of the best resort in murud , this property has own access to beach that was amazing, they provided barbeque and bon-fire which was wonderful experience. Great and very co-operative staff. Would love to visit again.

We enjoyed our trip at cocorico beach resort. The location is beautiful. Nice ambience. Beach touch property. Rooms are spacious and comfortable to stay. There are activities for kids and adults to keep your stay busy and Happy. Good helpful and friendly staff. Food was really good 👍 Breakfast had lot of options and good coverage.

Calmness of the property, can say that property is on beach, its a newly opened resort with beautiful swimming pool, had a relaxed time by staying there.
