IndiaReceptionist asked about extra 200 rs , I am a student so i refused to give. Then he agreed after several requests to give the roomm Reception staff doesn't tell about the facilities if you don't ask. Spend the night with mosquitoes (I arrived late at 9 pm & they didn't provide any mosquito repeller), NO BLANKET in Winter or A modern blanket which is something bound with strip which I couldn't open, again receptionist did not tell. Yes AC & Wifi was in facility, but were OFF, the receptionist did not even bother to tell. I am not an AC operator & couldn't even start it .

IndiaI didn't like the staffs behaviour, I booked it 2 days ago but after reaching there they told that all the room has been sold and you've to book a deluxe room now to stay here with much more higher price than what I've booked tho they did assure my booking when I called them and ask on that very afternoon, they didnt even provide me any sort of towel or soap etc. Service was not good at all. They're blaming the company or site I used to book the room for all the inconveniences.
I didn't like anything about the hotel specially staffs behaviour, tho the location was good

Indiaproperty is not meant for families. a single room booked for multiple times in a day by couples. hence business for owner is good but pathetic for one class of users. so one can decide based on my below experience. the another class of users are anyways not seeking any services hence not applicable for them misleading images on internet. somewhere in the middle of a remote place. 1) no staffs available 2) no lift - one have to carry there own luggage to 4th floor till 3) rude and unprofessional services 4) no option to get food. one have to place from outside with a limited options nearby. once food arrives you have to go down and collect as they dont allow delivery person to come in to the property 5) very much unhygienic and uncleaned utensils and toilet 6) provide one towel between 2 guests, upon asking for another towel justifying the fact that one room is equal to one towel kind of pathetic statment 7) no kitchen utensils are available to serve and eat the food ordered from outside 8) upon asking for any service to the person sitting at reception, always reminding the fact that one staff has left the job from last night and cook also eloped with one of the staff. Its a nightmare. no taxi from airport wiling to come down to this place as location was within 2km from airport. ultimately you have to be in the mercy of taxis who will operate with there own terms and for 2 km you ends up with paying 400-600 ~rupees. Only one aspect good about the property - if you ask anything about facilities etc. the person sits at reception desk has a standard answer. you please book an another hotel.
