IndiaThe bed sheet was dirty. Pillows were very smelly. I got rashes and there was dampness in the sideways of walls. Small ants were there which bite me causing perforation on the skin. Also the guy was asking for extra amount. Only when I showed him the screenshot then he considered my request.

United StatesI reserved the place through Booking.com. Still, apparently Orchid Residency Medavakkam is managed by OyoRooms and so Orchid Residency at check-out demanded a higher room fee than was quoted by Booking.com. I was forced to spend about half an hour of the phone while a manager kept yelling me before I hung up. A the end I paid and made a claim with Booking.com which is not resolved yet. The bed sheets and blanket had holes in them, the bathroom was extremely dirty and did not have a washbasin and a mirror. It had however a dripping faucet making the toilet area wet all the time.
The location of this lodging was good. Really nothing else.

IndiaThe property has no mirror, no kettle, no linen or towel... I wonder how or why all latches for bathrooms are broken and no mirror in any room or bathrooms are provided?!?! The picture shows completely a different facilities on the website. Most of the rooms are no natural light it is compact closed and dark rooms. The staff at the front office is inefficient, unprofessional and most of the time is not available. I didn't like the staff at front office, poor service and maintenance of the room. This property is located due in high traffic and route diversion due to metrorail construction.

IndiaPathetic cleanliness. Taps should be changed. I got skjn irritation after taking bath in the hard water. Only one house keeping staff who uses the same mop for toilets and rooms. They cannot afford to buy harpic and lizol they used acid to clean the worst toilets ive ever seen. Dont believe the pics in the website its the pathetic situation. Unclean.Rooms are filled with damp smell.So please buy a harpic and lizol when you want to stay here. I saw only a manager and one cleaner for a big facility. Oyo pictures are a lie.
Wifi, heater ac were good. But the staff were helpful they truly helped in our stay. They don't unnecessarily disturb you. Nearby park. Drinking water provided.

MalaysiaBy far, the worst hotel I've been to. To be honest, we didnt stay at this hotel (despite paying 50% for deposit) due to the nature of the hotel. The whole building smelled of cigarettes, bathroom was filthy...!!!! It was not clean prior to our stay. It was way in and it was hard to get any transportation, and the room was just dusty, unclean, and stuffy, that my mom has a panic attack whilst viewing the room. Seriously, by far.... THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO..!!
