We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IndiaWithin 5 to 6 hrs i got 10 to 12 email and WhatsApp message for payment when it's clearly mentioned on booking.com pat at property and someone called for payment he was very rude behaviour treating like that bank recovery agent. I took bank loan for them I am not able pay emi. One thing is sure in future I'll never any fab Hotels I already circulate in my corporate office

GermanyWe had booked 2 A/C rooms at the property. However, when we reached the hotel they informed that the A/C rooms were all booked and only 2 non A/C rooms were available. This is highly unacceptable as we had booked the rooms just 2 hours before reaching. So either they gave our A/C rooms to other people who walked in or they falsely confirmed the A/C rooma when there were none available. We had booked a cab to reach this place at odd hours of the night. We had to book another hotel which was far away and we checked in at around 4am in the other hotel. This was inconvenient as my mother was traveling with us. The staff here too was not accomodating and they were least bothered about our predicament.
