Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A visible proper signboard should be there for easy locating the premise. As mentioned before
Good food. Only issue was locating the hotel since the name of the hotel is different from booking, but map showed the location—no proper signboard seen.

The mattresses were annoying, they just keep difficulties while sleeping, there were no house keeping. Rooms were very closely attached and bathroom was the next door to exit which is simply against of privacy. There were no lunch available when we are to order, we had to order online from outside which also took much time for hotel's poor network. They should improve.

SAFETY IS AN ISSUE FOR WOMEN!!!! I HAVE ALREADY RAISED THIS WITH BOOKING.COM. DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE COMPLAINT. They will ask to click your photo on their OWN phone when you check-in. When inquired at FabHotel Customer Care- they replied that it is state-mandated requirement. THAT IS NOT TRUE!! After I checked-out this SHADY place, I checked-in at another hotel. They didn't ask to click my photo. After settling in, I was continuously bugged by the next door neighbour. I complied as a courtesy. He then entered my room and started having a conversation and the started put his arms around me. I deflected and asked him to leave. I have stayed at many hotels but this one takes the cake when it comes to unsafe and uncomfortable. From what I concluded, it is not a hotel, probably a trafficking front. Why else would they click a photo on their phone and not ask me to send a passport photo. I was dumb enough to comply at first even if my gut said otherwise. PLEASE DON'T STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THIS IS HOW WOMEN GET TRAFFICKED!!!!!

Booked a hotel and the staff took us to a totally unknown hotel in a different place during midnight. We arrived at the property at midnight, 12 am. The property staff told us that he would take us to a different place, by walk ~3 min. Although we have booked at the FabHotel Capital Casa (New town), the property said he can only give us room in a different place. Therefore, we had to go to the new place at midnight, which was totally unsafe. It was extremely scary to walk around the shady, dark roads along with 2-3 property staff. Being a woman, it was even more scary. We had asked the staff to let us know where we were going. The staff mentioned a place which we could not find in the Google map. Then he showed in his phone a different place. Then we asked to share the location so that we could track. However, the shared link took us to a different place. Finally, when we said we would not go there, then he took us to a nearby Place (~3 min walk at 12:30 am). Given we didn't have any option at midnight, we went there. Thank God, I was not alone, otherwise I don't know what their intention was with an alone girl! Extremely unsafe, unprofessional and a big scam!
