The room was good, Value for money. Hygiene is concern as we noticed cockroaches all the four days of stay on bed, linenes, bags and cup boards. i was scared bit and it interrupts your sleep and comfort. Otherwise no concern
The staff is good and available all the time. Very responsive.

Pay extra money for checking in at 10 am on the day of booking. Cockroaches in the room, toilet flush was not working, stained bedsheets and pillow and many more stuff. I paid 300 extra for just early check in and in return I received these facilities from the hotel.

Dirty walls. Not so clean floor with used condom packets lying in the corners. Very uncomfortable mattress and pillows.

The staff was not cooperative at all. On the very first day they were reluctant to accomodate 3 of us in one room despite booking room with extra mattress. One day they said lunch not available at 2 pm due to absence of Chef however we could sense kitchen of hotel was in full swing preparing meal for marriage party guests. Also morning breakfast arrived at 9.15 am and very late. All these things were really unacceptable. The staff lack hospitality and punctuality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all to my friends.

Food and amenity was not good

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent hotel booking made through your platform. Upon arrival at the property, I found that the room was not in a suitable condition for stay. The bed was untidy, the room was unclean, and the bathroom was extremely dirty. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I immediately requested Booking.com to cancel the reservation. However, I was still charged for the booking. After making the payment, we were again offered the room, but unfortunately, the situation had not improved. Given the poor hygiene and overall condition of the accommodation, we decided to leave the hotel without staying. This has been my first negative experience using Booking.com, and I hope such issues can be avoided in the future. I kindly request a review of this case and a refund for the stay that we were unable to use due to the unacceptable condition of the room.

The upkeep of the room was pathetic. There were cockroaches in the room, flush tap was broken. Shower was not working. Mug provided in the bathroom was broken. The staff was more concerned that I pay the room charges first. They probably don't know what customer care is ?????
My place of visit was very close. This was the only plus point.

I went for a business trip and I believe they serve the tastiest food around the area. The hotel cleanliness and interiors are well maintained, well behaved staff always eager to help you out. I also saw their rooms they also are fantastic with reasonable pricing. overall it was a great experience and food service was excellent. Will definitely visit again and suggest all friends.

Rooms were dirty and they were not in an operating situation specially washrooms as water wasn’t working and there was a problem with the main door locking . Rooms were not clean and had fungus on the walls and cockroaches all over. There is no lift as well so one should keep a note of this if anyone is travelling with the senior citizens. Fab hotel should keep in mind that photos uploaded on the website or app are not real and are very misleading to the customer who want to book the hotel rooms. So stop misleading the customers.
There was no breakfast. we managed to have the breakfast outside. Looking at the rooms and overall hygiene I don’t think they provide breakfast facility.

I had the absolute misfortune of staying at this hotel, and I deeply regret my decision. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness and hygiene were not a priority here. The room was filthy – the bed linens were stained, and I’m not even sure they had been changed since the last guest. The room itself was infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. There were sight of cockroaches crawling across the floor and walls was horrifying.
