Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It lacks basic facility like hanging rod in wardrobe. Room was unclean & unhygienic as it had dust & filth on lower walls. In 6 degree Celsius temperature, only one blanket was provided. Overall very bad experience.

1. No heating or arrangement to manage cold weather in room 2. Asked for part/ full payment at the time of booking itself to confirm the booking though it was mentioned on booking.com that we have to pay at the property 3. No self tea/ coffee facility in the room 4. Breakfast was paid and we had to argue to convince them that it was included in our booking. Breakfast was very basic and different from paid ones

The hotel staff was very unprofessional, the lift and corridor area were very dirty with loads of trash. The room was generally a little clean but stained walls, etc., no latch on bathroom door, absolutely no toiletries or towels, the sheets looked stained and not clean, noisy corridors. Overall it was little a cheap lodge not even close to a townhouse property. To add to that, when we came back from dinner the staff asked us to vacate one of the rooms that we had and adjust in the other room so we could offer it to some "guest" who has come and he will give us another room as someone checks out and this was middle of the night. We just flatly refused and went back to our rooms. On the day of checkout, we were leaving very early in the morning to catch our flight and they just turned off the elevators to save power in the night and we had to tug our luggages 2 floors to leave since all of the staff were sleeping. There's no way I am staying again in this place.
The only good thing about this property was it was easily accessible, in a quiet place and is a walkable distance from the main market. The Wifi was very seamless and fast, but that's just about it. Everything else about this property is terrible...

Very unprofessional staff. They gave the booked room to a different person despite us confirming the room. So anyone booking here please beware that this could happen to you even though you have paid the full amount and booked the room. They had called and confirmed as well still they have it to a different person. I will suggest please avoid such properties.

After arrival at property they refused to give room. They said they can't give room for booking through OYO. If I want broom then I should cancel online booking and take room directly but I refused it.
