We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I left my laptop charger in the property and I had to pay extra to the staff just to get my lost item back.

It's a good property to stay with friends and family. Staff is so good and very friendly behaviour. My kids like it very much.Location Is good. Neat & clean property little bit over priced.staff.The mattresses are way too soft, developed back pain. Also the food was a bit on the heavier side

Actually there is no property of this name, you will make the booking, they may call you too but once you will reach there first you will find the name of hotel is changed then they will say that the amount shown is not from their side, and it is from old owner. Then you will ask that then how did you get my number as it should be for booking only, then they say that we do get the number but doesn’t about the pricing and the days you have booked.

When I arrived at midnight with a confirmed booking, I was told that only Indians could stay. I was with my 10-year-old child at 2 a.m., and since I didn’t have a SIM card or internet access, it was very difficult to book another room or even get a cab. I requested to at least stay until morning, but the receptionist simply told me to contact Booking.com.

hotel was fantastic! The room was spotless and well-decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the pool was a great place to relax. We would definitely stay here again
