NetherlandsThe picture is misleading as they don’t have any OYO banner. It says “Elgin halls and banquets”. The walls of the rooms have paints coming out. The bathroom can be improved.
The staff were really nice and changed our room immediately when we requested them.

IndiaThe name on this hotel building is not Super Townhouse nor is it OYO Townhouse. We took an hour of walking around and asking people, in order to find it. So strange. Its google map position shows it as over the road. The price for our second night increased by 30%. Not sure why they don't keep the same rate for the duration. On principle we moved out and moved to LVD Resort, which cost more than double.
The position is good. It's near a metro and it's not noisy. It's also quite near some busy market areas. The hotel rate was relatively good compared to some other ruins. The staff are very friendly. The room size is also bigger than many others.

BangladeshI booked a three-night stay at a hotel through Booking.com for a total of 2385.72 Rupees. After booking, I received several messages from OYO asking me to pay in advance, but I did not do so. When I arrived at the hotel, the booking price was changed.This seems like a scam. OYO and the hotel appear to be trying to get customers to pay online in advance, but when you arrive, they don't honor the original price and ask for more money upfront.I urge the relevant authorities to investigate this matter and take necessary steps to protect customers from such practices.

IndiaA lot of issues I faced staying there 1. Bad room service 2. No cleaning done for the first three days , one staff came when we were to leave the hotel 3. Tv was gimmick, as no recharge was done 4. Water was licking from AC Continuously and despite complaining about this to the hotel receptionist nobody came to repair it. 5. The water problem was huge there , no water was coming from the TAP , we were told to take a bath in another room , which is not possible So bad experience
