Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I didn’t even used this booking, as the hotel denied to give us room at last minute after our arrival due to overbooking. It was the worst experience. Never booking again through your site

1. The staff are very rude 2. No bed sheet and pillow available 3.we are booking 2 rooms for ac for 2 days but we did not get any AC room last day after 12 pm we got only 1 AC room but AC was not working properly. 4.No drinking water facility available here 5. Many times electricity is gone. 6.AC room bedsheets are full stains with red color. 7.bathroom water continues dropping for our both rooms.

There are 12 rooms and only in 6 rooms the AC is working. They will charge for AC room and will give you NON AC rooms. They will say thats what they do if we checkin late.

We had horrible experience staying there, wifi was not working, water heater not working, AC was not working properly and we tried to request the front desk to check, there is again problem there was no local language speaking receptionist he couldn’t understand English itself. The major issue is not network coverge in that area and without wifi we couldn’t do anything during an emergency because there are no facilities nearby. I can say its waste of money and time. Not worth it.
The location was good we had beach facing window and walkable distance to beach.

Everything in the hotel.
Only good thing is the location. It's very near to beach other than that nothing is good. Very poorly maintained rooms. No one is there in reception half of the time. Think about your early morning without water in the toilet. It's horrible experience. Last but not least you can't sleep in the night due to electrical fluctuations. There is no proper alternative for the power issues. Over all I had very worst experience with my family. It may be suitable for bachelors for their weekend party.

Staffs are the there, but they don’t know English or Tamil. Air- conditioner and Fan are there, But it won’t work properly. Room is good, But it won’t be neat. Overall, this property is good for only Bachelor’s . I strongly won’t recommend for family’s / couples

I had booked for 1 week, but regarted for booking there, I had paid in advance so they were not giving return back and for that reason I had to stay. In my one week stay the staff cleaned the room only once, that also after my continues follow up. To reach the hotel u need a 4x4 vehicle as no road. Very bad room, they don't clean and change the bedsheet after the customer vacate. I don't recommend for families.

I couldn't find the property at the given location. I checked with several people in the area, and they all confirmed that the property doesn't exist there. My family and I struggled a lot trying to locate it. I tried calling back the number I received the call from, but the person didn’t answer. I also contacted customer care but didn’t receive any response. Finally, I had to book another property manually.
