I knew about the building activities, hence I was not disappointed really.

The hotel is being refurbished and the lobby rebuild, while normal services continue at their high standard where possible.

Due to the renovation of the hotel there was too much noise of drilling and certain renovations in the room which made it very uncomfortable for 6-7 hours and were unable to sleep at all at those times. Never expected this from a 5 star hotel. Very dissapointed

Housekeeping and room service. Renovation work is going on which was disturbing and which not even mentioned online in your application or web portal. There is continuous drilling and hammering noise.

I love this Property of Marriott has Organic eggs for breakfast. The rooms are much better compared to the ones in the Marriot of Mumbai. There is a variety of food to choose from.

The concierge/ reception manager didn’t provide an invoice and said that it will be emailed out which never came through. Tried following up but no luck. The price was also on the higher side considering the time of the year. I had booked one way airport transfer which the hotel initially denied but after some phone calls and emails with booking.com customer service, it was resolved. So, it wasn’t a very smooth booking and check-in process.

The suite was spacious and had separate bedroom and a living room. The location was connected with the city pretty well. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of variety.

Slightly rundown. swimming pool could be indoor for all weather and extreme sunny conditions. Please add steam bath.

They seemed to be understaffed. Although the staff, when we could get their attention, were nice, we were left to deal with a lot of things on our own. For example, my wife and I had to carry all our luggage to and from the car during check-in and check-out by ourselves, which involved multiple trips - there was no one to even hold the hotel’s doors open. Similarly, during breakfast, it was very difficult getting a hold of any staff for anything.

Excellent breakfast spread with a lot of variety. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a prime location, just minutes away from the Vikram Sarabhai Space Exhibition Center.

The corridor to my room was very noisy because some families kept their doors open and did not stop shouting to each other for hours. The breakfast was not bad despite the long black hair in my food.

Bed was comfortable, friendly employees.

Bathroom had cockroach. Also the air conditioner temperature didn’t work so it was either turn on or off. Billing can be simplified a bit.

I love the variety of food in breakfast lunch n dinner if unable to go out.

The staff would simply walk away in the middle of attending you without any notice. Happened multiple times. The duvet had a stain and the telephone was quite dusty

The bathroom had very slow drainage. Every time we had to call room service multiple times to get things done like getting luggage delivered or getting water, it usually took an hour.
