IndiaThey do not have laundry service at their own. That is okay. But when I asked for this service, they showed only 1 pm they will take the clothes for wash by outsiders and next day only after 1 pm they return. I visited with my family this time, and it upset me very much. Even in Darjeeling Hill Area and even in Homestay they give this service within same day with properly cleaned with iron and perfumed well in reasonable rates. Then why not at this hotel which is in the middle of town situated in plain land. Even the manager of this even care about that. So I less care about that to stay next time with my family.
When the much travelers are less, they do serve only order base breakfast, not buffet that time. It got upset me when I visited with my family.

IndiaSeems humid atmosphere inside room is a part of the package due to inadequate ventillation. We seek more ventillation. Rooms are smaller in size.

OmanI didn't like the late checkout which was only till 1230. I needed it to 1400 at least. I didn't like the noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom which was a little faulty. I didn't like the neighbors who were partying till 0200 in the room next to me. I didn't like the noise from the main road which kept coming through the glass doors in the lobby. The room was missing a broad counter table under the tv and instead had a broad ledge to make the room appear larger.
I liked the staff who were very very polite. I liked the bed which was comfortable and clean. I liked the ambience.
