New ZealandEverything else! Dirty and unfinished room. Although booked in, at check in I never felt I was expected. The room looks nothing like the pictures. There was no TV as in the room facilities. There was no hot water and the shower didn't work. The linen was very old and ripped. By far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in.
The porter/waiter/night porter/only real worker - lovely man but only person who really did any work.

India⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Stay Entry & First Impressions: There is no proper entrance to this hotel. Guests are forced to enter either through a restaurant or a shady, poorly maintained back alley. It creates a terrible first impression and raises serious safety concerns. Room Conditions: The room was in an awful state. There was zero cleanliness — stained bedsheets, damaged and filthy flooring, and a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the space. Worst of all, bed bugs were present, making it impossible to rest properly. Air Conditioning: The AC barely worked. There was no cooling, and at one point, water started leaking from it. Completely unacceptable for a hotel room. Television: No entertainment provided. The TV dish was not recharged, rendering it useless. Bathroom: Extremely poor maintenance — all taps were rusted, and the shower didn’t work at all. Hygiene levels were abysmal. Breakfast: The so-called “complimentary breakfast” consisted of just one slice of toast. Nothing else was served. This is not hospitality; it's a joke. Overall: This place feels unsafe, unhygienic, and unworthy of even a budget stay. It’s a complete waste of money and highly not recommended under any circumstances.
