Saudi ArabiaThe accommodation for the driver was very bad after a long distance journey of 450km by car the driver couldn't sleep at night due to the continuous noise made by the truck sucking drainage.In the entire dormitory there were only few wall fans and that was not enough to keep the room cool.For a safe journey drivers should sleep well.
I liked the staff they were very pleasant and helpful. From the security to the room boy , the receptionist and restaurant staff were lively and always smiling.I give full marks for cleanliness and hospitality.

IndiaOn day of arrival & also next day (we stayed for 2 nights), only one set of dental set, complimentary water bottle and no towels were provided. After repeated requests the towels arrived well after an hour on first day and the second day after 30 minutes that too after repeated requests. The manage was well aware there is twin occupancy then why so negligent on provision of complimentary effects.
