Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They charge you extra than what it shows on website and if you have a driver then make arrangements for him on your own...but the rooms are spacious and well maintained

Facilities specified in booking.com like coffee maker, clothing dry rack, etc are not available. Also charges mentioned in booking.com are not included with taxes so at the time of payment you will be charged extra. No value for money.

Hygiene is not up to the mark. Infact found a cockroach in the room and in the breakfast area. When we complained they just simply said renovation was going on.
The location was very close to the temple. When you are coming to the hotel, there are people who are involved to take money somehow from you including the police. They will ask you for a number of charges like direction charge, parking charge, entrance charge. We were purposely told to change the direction saying it's a traffic jam ahead and then asked for parking charges. Somehow escaped and then were asked for entrance charges while going to the hotel.

However I had booked an executive fmly suite so the rooms dint meet the suite facilities there was only one small bathroom with the commode, and one common Indian toilet which did not have health focet, also the bathroom did not have over head shawer so we had to use the buckets that were not so clean.
The rooms were clean and neat.

Not clean, breakfast had no choice. Dining hall was not clean. Rooms were not maintained. Suite room had no ventilation. Water flow was very poor.

The image given on booking.com is deceptive. The actual hotel building is not like the one given in image which is sort of misleading. The hotel is decent though and the location is good

The room needs some urgent renovation. The paint on the walls and ceiling was peeling off and looking run down. The tv channels weren’t working and the intercom could not connect to reception. We want to order some tea when we checked in at 4:30pm and were told that they will take orders only after 5:30pm. That was not very customer friendly. Otherwise, the staff was generally courteous.
Traveled with my parents who are senior citizens. We booked a deluxe suite; the bathroom was pretty clean and we had no issues with the hot water in the morning. The beds were comfortable with clean sheets. Shravan and Praful from the restaurant staff were excellent. They were courteous and prompt.

No hot water, no towels. You have to ask for it. The ambience is not very clean. Maybe because of some construction work going on.
Staff is polite and communicative, responsive. Rooms are big.

I didn't like breakfast. I didn't like hot water arrangements. I didn't like the bathroom fittings as it was just well and not extraordinary.
I liked the comfortable bed. I liked Air conditioning. I liked the lighting system.
