We chose Treebo De Cloud 9 Regency as our base after landing in Trivandrum, and the location couldn’t have been more ideal. It’s within walking distance to both the main railway station and bus terminus, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby making it very convenient for short or transit stays. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The rooms, while clean, felt a bit enclosed as the windows are sealed, leaving little ventilation or natural light. My mom, who was traveling with me, felt slightly claustrophobic due to this. However, since we were mostly out visiting temples and only returned at night to rest, it wasn’t a major issue. Personally, I didn’t feel uncomfortable, but this might vary depending on individual preferences or age. Breakfast was average. The menu remained the same during our stay, not to complain, while it’s complimentary, I’d suggest skipping it if you’re someone who looks forward to variety or a hearty breakfast. Also, the dining experience felt slightly awkward with breakfast staff closely observing as guests served themselves. That said, the reception staff was polite, and the overall stay was decent given the unbeatable location. If you’re looking for a place close to Trivandrum railway station for a short stay, this is a reliable option.

Terrible experience that I fell in between the two cots while asleep. Very unprofessional front office staff at night. Toiletries are available only on request. Commod is not sealed after cleaning.

Room floor clean.

Poor service at breakfast counter. We have to order things and wait for that. Unprofessional staff. Hotel Room floor was sticky and you cant place your bare feet on the floor.

It's not about not liked something. But this hotel without restaurant of its own can make arrangements to serve bed tea/ tea or coffee and snacks on demand of the guests, if not meals. Of course, there was a kettle and dip dip tea provision in the room, still this room service will help the tired guests.

Location is fantastic. It's just opposite the central bus stand and railway station. Lots of good restaurants near by. Rooms was small. Bed length is short for a 6 feet tall person. Position of wardrobe was inconvenient.

My only problem was we want more sachet of tea bag and milk powder. Which the staff said no. Infact we reached hotel in the second half ,Still they create such a fuss about the tea bags. Which was quite disappointing!!!

Breakfast was terrible! Other guests were also seen complaining, and since they were all senior citizens on temple visit, it must have affected them really badly. The hotel really needs to look into the quality of food served.
