United KingdomOnly thing I didn’t like was the sink had many insects inside and saw cockroaches on the bathroom floor. Despite the place being generally pretty good this really let the place down. Good value for money. This might be the only room affected.

IndiaWorst hotel, paid 3k per day which is not the worth the money. The guy named Abhishek in the reception is ill mannered and does not behave good. The lift condition was bad and one side had fallen off and was not in operation. There was a window AC fitted which did not have any remote. The fan regulators were missing , the bathroom geyser was not working, the bathroom tap and wash basin taps were broken and water was leaking . The TV remote was broken and d2h connection was not working .Noone attended the call at reception from room . When ordered tea , they were not able to serve as the milk/. and sugar was not there . Don't have adequate staff and the rooms /toilets were never cleaned.

IndiaDirty rooms, unhygienic common areas, the corridors were stinking, the pillow covers and bed sheets were full of stains. The rooms were not at all matching with the ones that are on booking.com website. We had to cancel the booking within one hour of checking into the hotel. The hotel lift was not working properly. My mother got hurt due to that. We booked 2 rooms but checked into 1 room only. Seeing the condition when we decided to check out we were charged for both the rooms by the hotel authority.
