IndiaHighly disappointing and distressing experience. We had booked a room and paid ₹7,056 in full. (Even though the amount at the time of booking was different) However, the water supply in the room was extremely dirty smelly and unhygienic, as shown in the attached photo. It was clearly unfit for use, especially with a child in our group. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the issue was not resolved, and the response we received was unhelpful. We were told to change the room, but the same water is be used everywhere.Also the other room showed to us was a damaged building with broken tiles and sinked floor, So we had no choice but to check out immediately. The behavior of the staff was good but the owner is very rude and arrogant. To make matters worse: No refund was provided The owner behaved rudely and arrogantly The overall experience was mentally disturbing and unhygienic amd the owner is claiming that the water is good and safe for use. This amounts to deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, and unprofessional conduct.

They should close the property, develop it properly with compound wall, outdoor lights, free from duck droppings ( everywhere), enough staffs, watch man to open and close the gate, proper bedsheets, towels, toiletries, cofee, tea sachets,. It is highly remote, devoid of staffs and safety. The host is nowhere nearby, cant contact him even by phone. Very high price. As a regular cyustomer of Booking. Com and a frequent traveller, i place a request to booking. Com to remove this place from your recommendations.
Very very worst place. Actual property has no resemblemlence to the photoes shown here. Booking dot. Com should send your representatives before including a property like this. This place is very very remote with narrow road and not yet fully developed not even have a name board . Only three rooms. Place is very remote and give me concern about families" safety. No proper compound, only green net all around. Only one caretaker who is highly irresponsible. No bedsheets, towels, toiletries, drinking water etc. After evening safari, we returned and no body is there to open the gate for so long. Very very worst experience in all my 35 plus years of travell and staying in hotels, homestays and resorts. No food is avilable, but if you have vehicle, you may go and eat nearby village Therpali. It may suit people, who wish to drink and enjoy themselves unlike families. Nit even a single property or people nearby. Next to forest. You can see deers through out that area. This place has no meadows and higly misleading. Dont advise this place for families and children May be ideal for bachlors who wish to drown themselves with alchohol

IndiaThe caretaker was rude, mannerless. The stay was pathetic because of caretaker Raj and Chef. Not at all cooperative. The food was not cooked properly, we complained about the taste they got into a fight with us. We asked for bonfire and we were ready to pay. The caretaker didn't accept the request. Don't order food from property as their quality is pathetic. The tiles in room were broken and cracked when we sat on bed. Toiletries were not provided and blanket was not clean. It was smelling. The caretaker was showing arrogance. Owner- the property can be a good stay, but you need to change your staff. He does not know how to treat guests.The price can be revised and reduced.
