Our stay at delohighs was very pleasant and smooth. The property is clean and well maintained. Our host was generous and always available to attend to our requests. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Kalimpong.

Number of staff. Staff was too less. Only one boy was handling everything, that's why there were some negatives like breakfast serving. It was just okay. We were not asked for our choice,though they were supposed to ask. We had to ask for water, tissues etc.

The location was great. Room was good . Food was okay.

I did not like the fact that they don't have cabinets in their rooms to keep clothes. Moreover, sometimes the kitchen is a bit delayed and not available on call.

I liked their hospitality a lot. The staff are amazingly humble and interactive. We liked their manager, Amit, the most as he took extra efforts to make sure that we are comfortable and get easy access to everything we require.

Water scarcity

The rooms were quite good but as we went during the onset of monsoon so itt was covered with insects and flies,so try to avoid these places during rainy season. The staffs were good,food was okayish. Overall good experience all together. DC

You need to climb at least one floor to access the rooms . A point to note if travelling with senior parents . A private taxi ride to Kalimpong market is 500 INR . Though we liked the hotel for this very reason because we were looking for a location which is quite , peaceful with less people around 😃

Almost nothing. But the staff require training. A little more choice of basic cuisine, like milk and cornflakes in breakfast would have been great.

This is a new property and hence few things need to be improved. But the rooms and the location are out of this world.Lying on the bed one can enjoy the views of the magnificent Kunchanjanga. From the balcony, mighty Teesta is visible along with the wide mountain range nestling Sikkim on the other side. I met one of the hosts and found her gentle and affable.I also met Ravi, the Chef, who was also kind and amiable. Given an opportunity, I would love to visit again.

Excellent staff behaviour, quick service, rooms are very clean. Mr. Rittik and Mr. Ram are nice persons. I appreciate their hospitality. Hotel location is very near to Delo Park, only 2 minutes walking distance. View from room and balcony was fantastic. Room Heater increases comfort level of room. Food was awesome, both breakfast and lunch/dinner.

No generator. Water supply was hampered from time to time. Non availability of staffs. No body attended the reception calls. Could not serve breakfast before 9 am. Very amateurish handling of management. They also need a lift. They have started the hotel before fully constructing it with a few staffs.

Very ordinary. For a property charging above 4000/ per night there should have been a buffet.

I liked the location of the property. Views from the room and the balcony was amazing. Had amazing wake-up calls by beautiful birds (Blue Whistling Thrush, Gray headed Warbler, Great Barbet, Large tailed drongo cuckoo..)

The room has an awesome kanchanjanga mountain view & great hospitality of the manager & staffs...specially the room service person Mr Albesh ..a nice guy with always a smiling face....of course thanks to the manager Mr Ritwik who is always there to help you. Very spacious room having excellent views of the mountains and valleys. If weather is clear then Kanchenjunga is visible from the room. Cleanliness is well maintained in the hotel. Food available in the hotel is also delicious.

Location wise excellent at delo hill top as well as nearby delopark and Kalingpong science museum . Very good panoramic views from different point as well as river views within the hill tops visible from balcony of our room was memorable. Room was clean and well maintained with cooperative attitude of the woner. Food they served according to our need and choices with good amount ,during compl breakfast also
