We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe Only One Staff Behaviour was rude, i checked in early morning at 4 am, just requested for a late checkout and an extension of 30 mins paid extensions, but the staff present on duty was rude and without considering the relation for years he denied the grace period of 30 mins which i requested.
