They don't run a kitchen of their own. Also the room I was offered as I wanted a smoking room was just vacated by some motor bike group. The washroom was not cleaned properly. Maybe it's because I checked in rite after the earlier group had left

Very close to the airport. Walkable distance. The incharge mr stanzin was welcoming.. rooms are big n 24*7 water with good pressure. Hot water too.. They have a strict policy against smoking in the property but I am a smoker so Mr. Stanzin arranged for me a smoking room with an ash tray. There was a local union band called that day and everything was closed till 6 pm but Mr. Stazin offered that he shall arrange food for me from local sources. Mr stanzin offered me a water heater kettle. Filtered water is offered in the room. I was lucky carrying pre mix coffee satches n cup o noodle so could manage for the afternoon. By evening everything opened. There are many provision.stores n restaurants at walkable distance. The rooms are quite n cool. Despite the heat of the afternoons the room stays cool n i could sleep off my tiredness of the long travel n relax.

I stayed here two nights - the first night and then the last night of Leh. The owner was very kind and friendly. There are a lot of restaurants,  general stores, and fruit stores around it. It is very close to Leh airport and you can find it easily if your phone has internet access and Google Map is available. It is a little far away from the Leh market - which is the city center, but you can get there by bus very easily. Internet connection problem: The first day in Leh was tough for me because I didn't have any information about Internet connection. The Sim card from Delhi didn't work in Ladakh including Leh airport. From the airport I went up to the Sim card store at Leh market, which was the only one store where foreigners could buy Ladakh sim card. After getting the sim card I came back down and got to Lynx, using the Google Map.

1. Dirty rooms 2. Dirty washroom 3. Staff did not even have a proper mop to clean the room 4. Hallway and Staircase is literally unfinished and dirty, looked like a store room 5. No heating system and rooms are extremely cold compared to outside 6. Bedsheets and blankets were dirty and smelly 7. The entire hotel is a scam, photos and reviews are completely misleading.

First things first, it was very near to airport so was easy to reach without any hassle! The room where I stayed was clean and well maintained, washroom was neat and clean Homemade food was available and dining area was excellent. The staff was good and available for help if needed. Literally one of the best places that I have stayed this year.

It is very much like home, away from home like environment and well maintained accommodation standard space with attached bathroom plus 24/7 hot and cold shower water facility. Friendly humble owner runs this beautiful guest house. Distance: At a distance of just 15 minutes of travel by cab from K.B.R airport Leh. Food: Fine Restaurants on walking distance. City market: At a distance of 20 minutes travel by cab. Hospital: At a distance of 20 minutes travel by cab. Honest review. Good luck all. 🙏

The room was dirty. The house under construction. without preparing the room: no towel, no soap, nothing. Without attention, without staff... It is not so near to the airport, it does not compensate

Everything was so nice. The owner is really kind and friendly, he took me by car to the airport very early in the morning. The hotel is in the good location near by airport. Also food in the hotel was absolutely delicious. Next time when I'll travel to Ladakh, my first place will be definitly this hotel.

The room alloted to us was having many unwanted things like washing machine in bathroom, room was in very bad shape. The whole property seems dirty. We has to move away and book another hotel. Booking.com should not have such properties in their list. He took my money in advance, which he never returned.

We went there. Our experience was horrible. Nobody was available at the property. The care tsker owner never come.

This place have only one positive thing, which is location close to airport. And that’s about positives…. Property isn’t finish yet, hence builders start their job at about 7-8 am… Rooms Are EXTREMELY cold, even with electric heater working nonstop and electric heated mattres I was struggling to warm up myself with proper down filled extreme sleeping bag. Dead cold water in a barrel which still have a smell of oil in it. I get it, it’s a winter season, but… Either you do provide some sort of comfort for your guests, or don’t open your business over winter season. Price… $50 which I paid for 3(!!!) nights is a pure robbery!!!! For $36 I had a lovely, comfortable 4 night stay in hostel right by Leh Main Market. A bit far from airport, but sooo good….

I loved my stay at lynx . The host Mr. Stanzen is a wonderful person and made me feel at home.
