This hotel was one of the best places I've stayed in India. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly and the room was really good. They provided complimentary water and soft drinks something that definitely was nice. As my experience with hotels in India has been horrible with receptionists trying to scam you this hotel felt like paradise. I would definitely go back!!!

It is near to Ekatthangal metro station but not suitable or convenient for everyone. Access to the building is in the lane. The room was not airy as there is no space for windows.

It was new building with new furniture. Staff was good. It was calm stay.

Access road is fine for a backpacker but not so much for a strolley, wardrobe space was sealed shut so cannot really unpack, no breakfast.

The hotel is super clean & located very near to metro station, just 5 min walk for metro station & next to Hilton Hotel, there are many food joints near this hotel, The hotel rooms including bathrooms are very neat & clean. The hotel staff is very cooperative, always ready to delight you with their assistant, also they know the Hindi Language, So no problem while communication with hotel staff members. It will be great if they start their own inhouse resturant, as it will be cherry on the cake. I personall recommend this hotel to all the folks who are looking for a pocket friendly but up class stay in key location in Chennai.

I suggest maybe someday , open a kitchen so instead of ordering online, guest can just order at the hotel. Easier.

1. The staffs are friendly and accommodating esp Karthik 2. Clean fresh bedsheets and towels 3. Comfortable beds 4. Quiet. 5. We extended one more day and allowed to check out late. 6. Coffee, water and toiletries were provided in the room. 7. Wifi is working just fine. 8. Building has lift. 9. Clean hotel. 10. Karthik helped arranged a taxi for us to airport.

Karthik was really polite and helpful with all my queries plus booking Intercity bus tickets. Same goes with Obaidul who initially received me and let me check in early morning due to flight delays and etc. I extended my stay there for a day and will be using this place for future stays in Chennai. The City Metro station is a very short walk from the Hotel. A small fridge in the room and supply of toilet paper for bathroom would be appreciated.

Noise proofing can be better improve. People talking along corridor and in other rooms can be clearly heard.

Value for money. For the money paid, the room and toilet was exceptionally clean (it's a new property). The bed sheet was clean and bed was reasonably comfortable. I would definitely come back for my next trip.
