United KingdomThe resort generally is in a state of disrepair and long-term neglect. The couch and chairs in our living area were very old and the cushions and seats sagging. The fridge in the mini bar was non-functional, but staff stored our food and drink that needed chilling in the fridge by reception.
Lovely location very close to Dabolim airport. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff did everything to make our stay pleasant. We were even given a free upgrade. The resort is tired but is actively being renovated to return it to its previous luxury. The gardens are well tended and we were able to spot some of the local birdlife. a short walk to a small fishing beach. The swimming pool was a great bonus. Although currently no restaurant on site the staff gave us a list of all nearby places and even told us which would deliver. Plates, cutlery and glasses available from reception. Fabulous family restaurant nearby which did wonderful meals.

GeorgiaThe noise of airplanes and train. And we couldn't turn of the ceiling fan unless turning of all the electricity, but still we left the balcony door open in the night and it worked well inspire of the paint smell in the room.
The place is in the nature. Authentic small village with the beautiful road to the fisher men beach with the small delicious cafe next to the sea. We had a small kitchen with the tea ,coffe and some snacks.

IndiaNothing that I can pin point . . . . but i would have liked had the property got a kitchen for basic food and breakfast within the property. We never had any breakfast options around the property and had to depend on Food apps.
the staff was very accommodating. . . . We checked in early and they gave us a room to relax in before we got our own room and it was very peaceful as well as well maintained. We thoroughly experienced good hospitality.
