We could not get hot water for bath and it was not even lukewarm. Cleanliness in the restaurant was not satisfactory and inside it was a bit gloomy. Eating place should have been more hygienic. The hotel management should show a little more willingness to improve services and helpfulness.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the many points of tourists' interest especially Shree Mahalkshmi temple and many others. Breakfast was moderately good. Meal was of superb taste and quality. Behaviour of staff was generally prompt and polite. We felt quite at home in the restaurant because the manager of the restaurant was quite courteous and friendly with excellent hospitality. I would like to stay and eat here again.

We were charged 700 for early checkin which i think could be complimentary. Shaving kit is also being charged extra. I felt it was slightly overpriced. The breakfast was good. The dinner was average. We ordered veg kolhapuri and did not like the taste. Dal tadka was more watery as compared to punjabi Dal tadka that u get in restaurants.

The ambience, the cleaniliness, the facilities of the hotel was very good. The staff are cooperative. The location is very good. It is between the railway satation and the temple.overall it was a good choice of hotel.

1) Bedsheets and cushion covers were not changed, and we found hairs and sticky oil stains of previous occupants. 2) The complimentary breakfast menu was the same every day, and bread quality was bad as it was hard to bite. Only veg options were served in breakfast and no fruits. Staff refused to serve additional dishes when requested. 3) The room access card was not working properly, and every time, we had called staff to unlock the room. There was no permanent solution provided. 4) The restaurant area is very suffocating as AC was not switched on during breakfast timings. Also, during lunch and dinner. 5) Menu card rates are not very reasonable, and food taste is not up to the mark.

The tea bags kept were very old and dirty,may be not used by any of the previous guests and same kept as it is. They could atleast keep the tea bags Ina cover,packet. There is no place to seat in reception lobby if one wants to. No waiting place outside room. Breakfast could have some fruits and tea without sugar. Parking in basement was too filthy.

Quadruple room was good for a family with grown up kids especially having,separate beds . Interior designing is rich and looks quite new. Enough drinking water in room,smal fridge and hot water kettle all adds up nicely.
